I think it's awesome that you guys put your family out there for the whole world to see, and unfortunately criticize, on a happy holiday like Christmas! I can tell that all your kids were VERY VERY happy with all the gifts, like any child would be in Christmas! Our Family Nest, you guys are amazing parents and kids, It's so sad that everyone is hatting on you guys and I don't think it makes the kids spoiled if they didn't say thank you on camera because they could have said it off camera. People can't just jump to any conclusions, because we do not know. You guys are one of my favorite channels and I have been watching a bit before Karli got pipsqueak and your kids inspire me each-day. I do dance like Karil and I now want to play vollyball because of her. Candi and Ken you guys seem like really nice and loving parents. I didn't get anything for Christmas but I'm happy because I got to spend time with my family and I have a roof over my head. Plus, Christmas isn't about the presents, it's about celebrating the whole religious background and everything🙂

People are complaining that these kids are spoiled and ungrateful. This is supposed to be an enjoyable Christmas video, so all the hate really needs to stop. These kids are probably extremely grateful for these gifts but did not show it on this 30 minute video. They take time out of their day every single day to film videos, so they totally deserve this.

When i open my presents i just say thank you at the and and give my parets a big hugg. Not saying thanks every time you open a present is not being ungrateful, it's enjoying the moment. I love this family so much and I very happy that they put this video up to share with everyone. I also think the kids were a bit ungrateful. But they had smiles. But when karli got more clothes she said "yay more close" in a sarcastic voice. My family isn't rich nor poor but I would loooovveee for my family to atleast get me these gifts. They didn't even give that much smiles. They just cared about their next gift.

I love their family so don't think I'm hating... But karli looked so ungrateful for what she got! I mean when I get stuff on Christmas I say thank you and I give my mom a hug! Karli didn't even react or do anything and when she got the Apple Watch she just set it aside! And then the next day she gets a new phone!
Who are you to judge? Do you know what happens when the camera shuts? No. Karli probably thanked her parents later. I'm sure they appreciated there gifts more then you think. I enjoyed all of this video, I'm tired of people saying karli is rude. All though I have to say it annoyed me when she wouldn't even look at her gifts and she couldn't remember what she got. But I love this family, yeah Karli has her moments sometimes but she's still growing up and learning that some things offend people. Well what I do when my mom is done recording our Christmas I give a hug to my mom and dad and say thank you but if my siblings give me something I just say thank you
Sure maybe the kids didn't say thank you or screamed when they opened their watches, but if you continue to watch, you can tell that they love their gifts. They start playing with them and opening them. I don't think they are ungrateful, they just react differently.

I have seen a couple of your christmas eve/ christmas videos. I think it is so nice you the parents put such effort into creating a wonderful family Christmas, from the wrapping paper to the matching pyjamas and house decor.
However, i wish the children could show more gratitude. Maybe they have always had such a high standard christmas (you gave some phenomenal gifts, Nike shoes, Branded clothing Instax camera, Watches, etc... that is atleast 10 christmas and birthdays worth for many people) so it is just normal for them and perhaps when they are older they will appreciate all you did.
But... to sit lethargically on their phones and not say thank you to their parents is disrespectful and so sad in my opinion (and others, see below).
It is very nice that the parents want to give to their children, but the children would beneifit from developing essential traits like empathy and appreciation.
If i just received chocolate covered oreos (as from your Christmas Eve video) as my present i would be soo grateful! Doesnt matter what the gift actually is, it is the gesture and thought that counts.
It is obvious you love your children, perhaps it is because they have been smothered with love they have become comfortable with just looking at an amazing gift like an Apple Watch then non chalantly continuing.. I think they would benifit from volunteering or cultural education, to make them more well rounded.
I watch your videos because, like all the other viewers, i love christmas and i dont have a family unit or presents to open so i like to watch other people be happy and it makes me happy. But when the Children, not even the eldest son, were not saying thank you, i could not enjoy the video.
Honestly it makes me feel so sorry for the parents and i just want to tell them thank you on the behalf of the kids. If i had given these gifts and got this lack of response i would feel hurt and embarresed after all the effort that was put into each one.

To the mother and father that bought there children some wonderful gifts for Christmas you are the amazing parents using your hard working money to make your family Christmas special. It is saddening though that thousands of children go without no gifts for Christmas zero. I think we should all be more grateful and thankful.
I always watch this video and every time it really annoys me the fact that Karli doesn't show happiness when she opens a present worth about $500 and then when her brothers get something cool she says lucky. and when she opened the camera she didn't show any emotion her face just looked liked she was bored I have been wanting one of those cameras for about 3 years and have never got one and she opens all these gifts worth over $1000 and she shows no emotion. I love our family nest but I think by not giving they're children everything they ask for when they get it they are actually happy because it will teach them that in life you don't get everything you want and there are people in the world who don't even have clothes to keep them warm or food to keep them from starving to death I think that she should take a long hard look at herself and try and figure out the person she wants to become sorry if I offended or upset anyone just telling you guys my opinion so don't hate please xx

It's like you're getting mad at them for having a nice Christmas. My family doesn't have that much money so we don't get much but I don't mind. To everyone who is hating on Karli she probably was sad that she didn't get her dog and I know everyone Christmas is about giving but karli didn't get what she wanted and that's all she wanted or she was just feeling sad or different emotions and even though the kids didn't say thank you the parents didn't care so why does everyone need to keep saying this is their parents want to raise them like that then go ahead it's not like their our kids.
I'm watching this very late but... thus children are soo ungrateful!! my God... at the end of the video candi asked chase how was his Christmas and he said "I don't know" wtf? and I only heard one thank you out of the whole video. sorry if this comment offends anyone but this ticks me off.

It's so annoying the way people get criticised for their children being 'spoilt' because their parents worked hard to get them presents for Christmas. Yet if their parents didn't spend money on them people would be commenting stuff like you guys are so selfish etc... Candi and Ken work very hard to get these kids what they have and if they don't have a problem buying them stuff why does everyone else it's no one else's business but there own its there money they can spend it on whoever or whatever they like...

I know i am LATE on this video that is because i went to Alaska to visit my aunt that day you posted this video. And i think that you and Ken did a awesome job shopping for the gifts that you got the kids. But i felt like the kids where very ungrateful about the gifts that they got! I did not hear a thank you not one time form the kids. And i am sitting here watching the video wishing that i had a Apple Watch and more stuff like that. I think you should teach your kids to be grateful for everything they get. Because kids like me dont get all that stuff for Christmas. And some kids dont get anything for Christmas. People need to stop hating on them. How do you know they weren't grateful you weren't there. If you watch their videos you can understand their personality and I think that they were grateful for their gifts. Just because they are not jumping off the walls doesn't mean they are not grateful.
