I like Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai & Boxing, good for body & mind. Keep building the body, free weights, push ups, sit ups, pull ups. Work punching bag & speed bag everyday. Upper body every other day. Lower body every other day. Alternate upper & lower. Eat decent, DO NOT smoke, drink alot & stay away from street drugs. Be wary of legal drugs. They'll hook you & steal everything.(I know). Ok, commit to this(my) recipe for success. After 1 year, I looked in the mirror & said, "DAYUM"!!! When you look good, you feel good. Fact. When you feel good, you live good. Fact. It's hard to make yourself actually commit to something like this. If you do, I guarantee, it's gonna change your life. Finally, when you, yourself, like yourself, how you look & feel, your soul will be light & fresh. Then you can chase your dreams & nothing can stand in your way. Work to make you proud to be you. All this leads to Mental strength that will not allow people or this world beat you down. You'll be like, "I'm 200lbs of twisted steel & sex appeal bitches"!! FU!!! Hahahahaha...........Good luck, now get to work & be patient. Peace....

Lol but on the real 6-7 years ago I was addicted to drugs in a toxic relationship in and out of jail and my mom actually passed away while I was in jail and that took me out even more but by the grace of God I climbed out of it I'm 4 years sober back with my kids and their dad and happily engaged to my high school sweetheart. Dreams can still come true yall
