I smiled at how long it took for you to figure out that a fan nut is reverse thread. The effort and time that you put into unwinding the windings instead of halving the coil was teadious. "Work harder not smarter". Keep at 'er scraper.
LOL, yes sometimes this old brain just don't work :-) Thanks for stopping by the channel. Hope you subscribe, I could use someone good riding shotgun for me :-)
looked like it had a heat fuse too like in cheap ricecookers. and better built than bigger bowl type air fryers. the bigger cheapo bowl type air fryers are better for cooking tho
Grettings from Spain and congratulations for the great video...when you take the big spull of copper, the another piece of steel you forget a little copper pieces inside, i don,t know if you understand me, my english is bad sorry 😊
Are you talking about the heating element? Someone commented that you can get dirty stainless for them. Which would only be a few cents more than shred. Thanks for checking out my channel.
I understand that you're just scraping it. But watching you take a hammer to perfectly good parts is hard to watch. The timer/thermostat board would have been worth about 10 bucks by itself if the springs and front plate were still in one piece. And the shaded-pole motor is probably worth 3 or 4 dollars if it works. (The fan motor is usually the first thing to go out on these air fryers).
I would agree... if one was selling on ebay and have an inventory area to store the stuff and such. I sell beer and soda collectibles on ebay and that takes up my entire spare bedroom. It's just not my thing :-) Thanks for watching,
maybe I waste some but those coils i would sometimes use a cutoff wheel on an angle grinder or dremel and just cut down the middle. I'm more of a third party guy but Trump over Biden any day of the week.

Yes, I do if I don't have a lot of scrap to rip. I don't have much room. Thanks for stopping by my channel and watching.

Thanks 👍 I guess I will just keep putting in shred :-)

Reverse threads on fans due to it would just spin itself loose =)
