What are your thoughts on CB350 Highness for purely city usage? I am six feet tall and not feeling 100% comfortable in any bike I tested. One important constraint for me is pillion comfort (I ride with wife+kid for 6-7km everyday and then 25km alone) which rules out a lot of models.
@@NewsXAuto I completed test rides of H'ness, RS, V-Strom 250, Xpulse, Speed 400 and Svartpilen 250. With wife and kid, only H'ness and V-Strom (surprised) were somewhat comfortable. That's okay for my short commutes. When I ride solo, the CB350RS seemed spirited and refined. It was easy to flick in the traffic. Speed 400 felt powerful but I hardly cross 75kmph in the city. It's the engine heat that keeps me away from the 400. Have had a bad experience with RE service in the past and didn't try any of their bikes. Tried my friend's classic 350 which felt good but the weight balance at slow speeds is not as good as RS. I have long legs and in terms of seating position, only the scrambler 400 and Xpulse felt right. Xpulse showroom experience was bad. Service is worse. And my wife didn't like the pillion comfort. The bike felt so spirited though 😁 It's always some trade off 😎
@@NewsXAutoI test rode the following bikes Highness - Good pillion comfort and refinement. Not as flickable as other bikes. CB350RS - Trade off pillion comfort a bit for better flickability and cornering. I liked the light lean in position ( I found the fully upright position stresses the back on the long run) V-Strom: Surprisingly good pillion comfort. Fits my height nicely. But stiff rear suspension. Subpar service centers. Svartpilen 250: Amazing bike but too aggressive for my liking. I am not a youngster anymore. Scrambler 400x: Excellent fit for my height. Engine heat is unbearable. So rejected it. Xpulse: Pillion not happy. For me it was an excellent fit for my height. Pathetic showroom experience though. Service and quality issues are too high to consider. Thanks for your feedback. I didnt try the classic 350 with family since the weight balance in slow speed peak traffic (80% of my riding) was not as good as CB350. Did I miss anything? H'ness/RS and V-Strom seem to be the only choices for now. But the Suzuki service is bad. Bigwing service here is good but not great. The bike seems to have rusting issues (Honda not being Honda here).
Will there be dual abs ?
Unlikely

I think very highly of the Hness AND the Bullet 350. Test ride both with family and let me know which one you liked more 😃
