It may appear that way, but it’s actually ok. It turns freely and doesn’t give me any problems. Now those Traxxas VXL 3s motors are really good at destroying themselves. Those 3s VXL motors do that all the time and I keep having to get a new motor altogether or just bearings. But that BLX motor is definitely ok. SUBSCRIBE!!!
Yea, the VXL 3s are pretty bad. When I get motors I get HobbyWing or HobbyStar. Those are some good brands. Though I do know that the XMaxx motor is good and I’m assuming the 6s stuff is good too. 👍
@@joshsrcs Yah I'm buying another hobbywing set for my speed slash build.. Will also grab the lcg chassi and some jims bearings.. Now just the waiting game for everything to arrive
Nice upgrate brother. I am thinking to buy a lcg chassis for mine and i am wondering if the sway bars you had on the hcg chassis will fit on the lcg as well?
Proline makes their “Pro-Lock” wheels which are plastic Beadlocks. If you don’t like those Amazon/eBay has a ton of 1.9” or 2.2” Beadlock wheels. You just gotta do some digging to make sure they’ll fit whatever tires you choose.

I think it's time for new bearings in that motor.. It shouldn't be that stiff and looks like it's badly rusted up

I’m using a Robinson Racing on this truck and it’s great. Also you could go for an Arrma Safe-D pinion they are also amazing.
