For those who didn't play Witcher 3 and don't mind a challenge play on deathmarch dificulty. This should be a default. Completely different game forcing you to use all in-game mechanics you otherwise skip. Banger of a list with the exception of SW judging by steam comments.
As much as like some of the games like Life of Strange, Detroit: Become Human, A Plague Tale Requiem and many others in your list, they're not 10 out of 10 games and not perfect in any way l, Games like Detroit BH is just a series of quicktime events while Life of Strange and A Plague Tale Requiem can be full of jank(or as they dub it: Euro jank) , the gamepkay mechanics are too simple at times. Rise of the Tomb Riader has pacing issues and the writing fails to live up to the previous game from 2013 which I would rather put on this list. Jedi Survivor is still a buggy mess with performance issues even until today, and again it's not as strong in the writing department as Fallen Order. Also, most of your games consist of only Xbox One, PS4 and current gen. There are many more games from the Sega Dreamcast/PS1 to PS3/XBox360 that deserves a 10, but most of them are never perfect. An example from your list is Fallout: New Vegas, which is still pretty buggy, but the writing and open world quest design makes up for it.
yeah, no game is perfect-like, at all. If you dig deep enough, you can find flaws in literally anything. But that doesn’t mean these games aren’t amazing in their own way. Take Detroit: Become Human. Sure, it’s mostly quick-time events, but the choices, the story, and how it makes you feel-man, it’s something else. Same with Life is Strange. Yeah, it can be kinda janky, but the characters and the emotional vibe hit so hard for a lot of people. And A Plague Tale: Requiem-I get it, the gameplay’s pretty simple, but the atmosphere, the story, and how intense it gets make it stand out. I get what you’re saying about Rise of the Tomb Raider. Maybe it’s not as tight as the 2013 game, but it still has that awesome exploration and action that a lot of people love. And yeah, Jedi Survivor has its issues (bugs, for sure), but it still built on Fallen Order in cool ways-like the combat and the world feel way bigger. At the end of the day, I’m not saying these games are flawless. It’s more about what makes them special despite the flaws. And yeah, older-gen games deserve love too, but this list is just focused on games people might still be playing today. It’s all personal preference in the end, you know...
in my opionion god of war ragnarok was 1 of the biggest disapointments for a long time ...such a non existing story , over woke and diversety focus while killing the franchise , no thank you ...ghost of tsushima is although not so high ranked , game is solid , but there is no big difference to any AC game so far , same boring sidequest , endless empty space ,which isnt an open world , just 1 big level ...for me both games were overrated as fk ...ghost is a graffic experience 10/10 in an 6/10 game ....while god of war ,starts so fine ,especially if you play the part before , but than drops to the biggest amount of characters which all inside a personal drama ...dont get me wrong gameplay is solid , but rework the same bossencounts over and over again , with a teenage puberty boy , a big group of boss women...i was happy to deinstall the game

Strong bias to 3rd person action adventures.

I wish more companies would start focusing on fun and immersion instead of destroying game ❤❤
