Labor's Failure to Deport Dangerous Non-Citizens

- At the recent Senate Estimates, I asked Senator Watt why Labor is not deporting unsuitable and dangerous non-citizens from Australia. He explained that those who had been in detention could not be deported, citing two distinct groups affected. The first group consisted of approximately 150 detainees released into the community following a recent High Court decision, 29 of which have re-offended since release and include individuals convicted of serious crimes like murder, rape, and child sexual offences.
The second group comprises individuals whose visa cancellations were overturned by the AAT due to issues surrounding the Giles Directive 99 scandal. Despite subsequent visa cancellations for some in this group, there have been no deportations from either cohort since the mishandling by Labor.
What is the point having a High Court ? Big waste of time and money.

The High Court warned Labor & Watts last year that a decision being handed down may indeed release these dangerous animals. Watts, Albosleazy etc ignored that warning because they are also dangerous immoral animals!!
The reality is that if indefinite detention is unconstitutional and Australia refuses to send criminals back to wherever it is they came from, then Australia has no legal avenue with which it can defend it's borders. that's why the sooner the High Court is abolished the better. Because since we lost the right to petition the British Privy Council, it's become the only real arbiter on state power Australia has, and since it's in it's best interest like any organism to secure and maintain it's food source, by which I mean it's power base then it will. See, for whatever reason, and we have Keating to thank for this, there's the presumption with the acceptable forms and discourses on Australian nationalism that anything that is Australian is always good by default so therefore the Australian High Court can never do any wrong or rule things incorrectly.

The High Court of Australia was brilliant until the foreign political lobbyists who self identify as a "Council" - the Council of Law took control of every Lawyer and Judge in Australia for their foreign vested interests to serve hostile foreign enemies of Australia. Same is happening in the UK. The UK Home Office that deals with this has 35% immigrants working in that department, that say's it all. We had animals released that were part of the grooming gangs and were not deported even though they were born abroad. It's being done on purpose.
