The first question is why God did not warn Joshua earlier about the sin committed by the Israelites.

The second question is why Joshua was the one who committed the sin, but it was 36 innocent Israelis who died.

The third question is why it took five chapters of the Book of Proverbs to find Joshua.

05:24 The speaker discusses why God's instructions are only given once and how the failure of Adam and Eve and the Israelites in conquering Jericho are not solely due to their actions.

The speaker explains that God's work is such that once He issues a command or principle, it is enough and does not need to be repeated.

The failure of Adam and Eve is attributed to their disobedience to God's command, but the speaker suggests that there may be more to it than meets the eye.

The speaker mentions the Israelites' defeat in conquering Jericho and highlights the difference in the number of warriors sent in the first and second attempts.

The discrepancy between the number of warriors sent and the actual number of people in Jericho suggests that the initial report from the Israelites was weak and partly in conflict with the facts.
