Although they might ban innocent people, it is hard to find exactly who is doing the hacking. It may not be purposely due to someone being involved in the hack.

Omg I am so sorry! I transferred saphs from my spares to my main, yet I didn’t receive it, I hope aj doesn’t ban me for that I mean they shouldn’t it was not a lot of saphs only like 100 to 200. It's sad cause a jambassador got their account banned by a hacker and made a new one. Luckily they got their pets and all their other stuff back.
