So, I’m very late on this, but I just have some things to say on #6.
1) for guys cold approaching girls, please remember to always respect her personal space, and never ask her personal questions like do you live in the area, or did you come here alone, or do you need a ride. And DO NOT TOUCH HER! Whether it’s a nudge on the arm, or a wrap around her shoulders, just, please keep your hands to yourself. These are red flags for women that bring up anxiety, the last thing you want if you’re flirting. The line between “masculine” as society defines it and just plain threatening, is unfortunately MUCH thinner than you think it is.
2) I’d agree that a *successful* cold approach i.e. a respectful one, shows girls the most confidence, and gives you a better chance than over a dating app. If anything because you can see them right there in front of you and there’s no risk of catfish or a hidden predatory situation, which women are always on guard about, and for good reason. BUT remember that the true meaning of being courageous, is unapologetically being *yourself. Do not put on a fake personality or vibe just to try and impress girls. We can see through it, I promise you, and what the media makes you believe women want is not the truth anyway. Even if the front you put on “works”, you’ll eventually slip up, and then if she only liked the front you put on, and not the real you, it will end, because it feels like a breach of trust. Be honest, kind and respectful. Those values are super attractive, super* courageous, and *very* masculine.

Don't think about what others might think. ;) You are young, handsome, deserve free time and a personal life. I'm not sure how you interpret that, but I think your ego should also be there to take care of you. ;) No need to push yourself too much.

But I think Lionel is a bit „obsessed“ with those stereotypes; he has to do everything in a masculine way, otherwise he is ashamed of himself (at least that‘s how I understood it)
