- Buying a new eyeshadow palette is super exciting...it’s the actual application process that gets some people nervous! On todays video, I wanted to take the daunting task out of applying eyeshadow and show you where and how to apply a 3 step shadow look.
This is a look that was a balance between a super simple-one-color look (no skill needed) and a super complicated 6 step color look (lots of skill and patience needed)! So if you're looking to build a more natural eye makeup look without complication, I will break down all the tools and steps you'll need to master basic eyeshadow application. Great tutorial, I have deep set eyes and not a lot of eyelid space, which makes wearing multiple shadows difficult. But I never leave home without mascara! It’s a must.
If they’re deep set, just make sure you’re keeping your shadow colors light & bright - which gives the illusion of the eye-beds coming forward and just do my step 1&2 and skip my 3rd dark shade step.

Yes these brushes - especially the 2 Morphe ones, would work great for hooded lids! I’m wary of heated lash curlers, so I’d err on the side of caution and say its not worth it to do something hot/warm THAT close to the eye.
