THIS CITY WAS ONCE A HAPPY, PEACEFUL PLACE...
UNTIL ONE DAY, A POWERFUL SECRET CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION TOOK OVER. THIS VICIOUS SYNDICATE SOON HAD CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT AND EVEN THE POLICE FORCE. THE CITY HAS BECOME A CENTER OF VIOLENCE AND CRIME WHERE NO ONE IS SAFE.
AMID THIS TURMOIL, A GROUP OF DETERMINED YOUNG POLICE OFFICERS HAS SWORN TO CLEAN UP THE CITY. AMONG THEM ARE ADAM HUNTER, AXEL STONE AND BLAZE FIELDING. THEY ARE WILLING TO RISK ANYTHING...

The best part is seeing completely random people in the background completely oblivious there is a a major butt kicking going on. Just like the real game!

As a co-world record holder on this game, as a video game fan in general, and as someone who has undoubtedly watched 1000's of videos on UA-cam, this is possibly the greatest thing I've ever watched online

Now I want SEGA to make SOR4 look and work similar to this style, love the angles chosen here and imagine it with realistic looking characters, this game would top anything today if it comes back like this!

Really enjoy seeing this video again after so many years. Brings back nalstagia of being a kid playing my sega genesis with my brothers, uncles and cousins. Wishing all the actors are doing fine and if they do decide to come back to do the sor 4 would be great.

Because although it was named Jack, in fact, it doesn't resembling an actual Jack in original game (whose the weapon is knife)
Instead, it resembling a Clown enemy in Streets of Rage Remake which can equipped with Fire Torch. He also can throw it.
