Finally. Extended Pattern Providers were discovered, and Dire was ecstatic. Yay! And now imagine his reaction when, in one of the next series, he eventually will find the Extended Molecular Assemblers... it will be beautiful...
Dire you should know that there are Exteneded Molecular Assembler which do 4 operation at the same time. Also you can just shift-right click accelleration cards into the molecular assembler/ae2 machines!
The extendAE and MEGA mods add a lot of capability to AE generally. Better molecular assemblers thst do 4 operations, inscriers that do 4 operations as well and the mega co processors are also 4x and the MEGA crafting storage is all fantastic. My system flies along with all these upgrades.
Dire, take a look at the universal press so one inscriber can do all the circuit printing, and a second can assemble them. Or advanced inscribers for better performance. Far less complicated, and no need for laser io at the cost of just 2 channels
I wonder what's the reason for the stock mode instead of just adding the items to the already existing card? Oh I think I get it now, to not having to extract? =) Somehow I thought the other stuff ended up in the chest.
C'mon Dire.. Are there any plans to backport this awesome new LaserIO features to at least 1.20.1? I know that mod makers have limited time on their hands, but 1.21 won't be ready for big modpacks probably for the rest of this year due to neoforge transition and 1.20.4 or 1.20.6 are not well supported either. Mekanism gas card is such a needed feature.
It has a hover mode but you descend a lot on the lower tiers. Emerald tier does not descend at all and he should upgrade. Even iron is vastly better than wood.
He does have hover on. It is just that he has the low level jetpack that hover is kind of ... lame. I think he has enough resources (or getting close) to make the emerald one so that his flight would be like creative++ with the super fast travel due to jetpacks. Of course this is dire, so maybe in 100+ episodes he might do that? /shrug
A massive problem with what DW has just put together.... The crafting CPUs don't have co-processors so they'll only ever use one assembler at a time. Wrapping the pattern providers with assemblers is pointless without them.
I would say u have auto crafting and auto crafting. One is for the factory's and the other is for "on demand crafting" (lets call it semi auto crafting)
@@MarcoKoobs on demand crafting is definitionally not automatic. it's on demand. not "semi-auto" if i have a setup where i craft all the steps to make a circuit, including placing items inside the machine, except for the last step where a diamond needs to be input to finish the item, the diamond circuit is on demand, and all the previous steps before the diamond are auto crafted. hope this example helps you follow my meaning
@@markd.s.8625 if i push a button and is made for me, i see it as automatically made for u. So for me its still auto crafting but on demand. ( I don't make it my self at that point). A crafting craft use the same methode. But that is my opinion. I sure can understand how u see it and u gave a nice example. thnx for that.
@@MarcoKoobs if a modpack intends for you to automate a material, it's expecting you to have it running in the background without your input until you reach an expected or intended number (say: ten thousand) , not for you to press a button ten thousand times to get the amount you need, following your example.
@@markd.s.8625 If u use a crafting cart it will use the same methode, it will demand the product to be crafted for something. isnt that auto crafting??? I want a modulla router, click and its get made for me, not auto crafted for me? I don't mean that i auto craft the ingedients to put it together myself, that itsn't auto crafting. But if i say make me 100 routers it will be auto crafted for me (so on demand). That's what i mean with u have auto crafting for factory's (non stop auto crafting), but u also have auto crafting on demand. If u still have to put it together ur self, i dont see it as auto crafting.

They where discovered in his last series, but not until the mid to late game but yes he's found them!
😂
And that he doesn't see all the slots in the pattern terminal.
Dire you should know that there are Exteneded Molecular Assembler which do 4 operation at the same time. Also you can just shift-right click accelleration cards into the molecular assembler/ae2 machines!
They also craft at twice the speed as standard
Yeah it insane
I thought it did 8 at a time
wish he checked the rest of the Extended AE mod then he would have seen the better molecular assemblers
exciting of the future of laserIO :)

AE2 is crazy OP with the secondary mods. ExtendedAE and AppliedFlux.
I love when even he is as confused as me on using stock mode
I was playing with laserIO in NeoTech and noticed the chemical cards! going to make use of them for sure
I didn’t want to deal with replacing hoes so I’m using the Ars Harvest ritual (I’m using the Agro Sourcelink to keep the source jars full)
The inferium hoe does not seem to take damage and is cheep

Finds a cool item in a mod and then doesn't look up the mod to see other cool stuff. Watching Dire is sometimes more frustrating than enjoyable lol

Speaking of rain
Just wait until he discoveres he can send power thru AE. It changed my game
Easy villagers is in the pack look into villager trading for sky steel

You don’t need to filter each inscriber, you can’t make a calculation processor with gold so obviously it won’t go in there…
Nice
