Wat is ASMR?
ASMR staat voor Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response.
Het kan je een rustgevend gevoel geven en een soort tintelend gevoel dat bij je hoofd begint en langzaam verspreid word door je rug heen naar je hele lichaam.
Het is te vergelijken met een soort kippenvel maar dan in je hoofd.
