This music reminds me of a young girl i once knew 56 years ago back in Davenport, Iowa... Her name was Nancy Machkinsey & she Loved riding horses ! i was 14yo & she was almost 17yo. i had my own 1963 Alpine Sunbeam ragtop sports car with the chrome wire wheels & the knockoff spinners...we'd go into the country via my car 2 ride horses, as her grandfather had a farm in the countryside. I drove there from Virginia cause i wanted 2 tour the USA on my own time...we'd go window shopping or 4 walks in Vander Veer park...she & i wasted no time @ Breaking the Ice & getting better acquainted .!. she looked like the mix of Megan Ryan & Goldie Hawn, & i wudda married her ina 1/2 a hartBeat as i Loved her spirt & soul ! She disappeared one day & went off 2 college, according 2 her grandfather. In later years, we met up again, as i attended VPI in Blackburg, Va. she was in my Horticulture class & we had our last fling, as she had a line of hornDawg boyfriends chasing her... bt this music makes me think of her & her style w/a never ending smile...
This is such a beautiful and emotional story. Music truly has the power to evoke those precious moments in life. Thank you for sharing this special memory!
