David lackey is a LEGEND because of you sir I am the drummer I am today. First time I heard you was when I was a kid and I saw my older brother watching someone named Marco barrientos and all I saw on tv was you getting down on your solo in Victoria la Victoria lol and after I decided to hear all sorts of Christian music, especially in the Metalcore area. I was 5 and I wanted to learn drums, so watching my brother learn from you Mr. Luckey and teaching me was the best gift ever. I’m proud to say that I never stopped drumming… well only for a year but I came back and even more stronger and decided to go on a mini tour with my old band Jeeje, I am now in my 30’s. Also another great inspiration Drummer I learned from along the years was Aaron Gillespie from Underoath. In my life time I only looked up to 3 drummers …. 3 Aaron Gillespie 2 David Luckey, and first my older brother Leo. Drumming will always be my passion and thanks to you David Luckey you’re a LEGEND and your music will always be in my heart. Godbless you.
Tremendo baterista David Luckey. Mucho talento y la tranquilidad con la que toca. Por lo que veo, nos inspiró a muchos en esos años a inicios del 00's para tocar este hermoso instrumento. No sé si él sabrá que hay muchos que lo admiramos y apreciamos como baterista.
Hace 13 años ví el vídeo Sin Reservas y ver a David tocar y adorar me fascino tanto que yo imitaba su forma de tocar... Mis respetos para este gran hombre, creo que es el mejor baterista que ha tenido Marco Barrientos...
Este tipo jamás se va a dar una idea de lo mucho que me inspiró en la batería, siempre será para mi el número 1 Lamento no haberlo visto tocar en más proyectos, ojalá algún día se lo pueda volver a ver tocar en algun concierto o lo que fuera.
