Girl the canyon dreams collection caught my eye during the UA-cam video with sweetie nail supply. I thought to myself I already have metallic and pearlescent pigments that I make my own alcohol inks. But this collection has such an impact and vibrancy I couldn't resist.

Same reminded me of when I was at work last month. I work outside basically in refractories, I’m a bricklayer. I was using hand warmers inside my gloves. The men were like why are you shaking your hands like that 🤣 I said spirit fingers I love freezing my a$$ off with a bunch of burly men 😂

The Rozyhip is 100% my fave! If I wasn’t on a buying freeze, they would be mine! 😝🤣🤣 I do love the blooming tints though!! Both of those are awesome!! The glitter set. I have some from Amazon that’s almost exactly like them…. Very thick with A WHOLE LOT of sparkle, from Lanfo, but they are sold out. I saw Anne Elizabeth Nails use them in a set of nails and had to buy them. And I have some builder gels the same color as the nude set except they have tiny glitter in them. They are either Beetles or ModelOnes… I can’t remember… one or the other. 😂

I love how you swatched the nudes in whole then cure together bc if there is a line streak or anything it’s gone before you paint the next! The cat eyes regardless of what look you’re shooting for I love how you keep it so well in frame that I can see just how reactive it is to the magnet! I’m new with cat eyes I need something that is very reactive! Overall it’s a toss up for me on which I like the best, yogurt gels or the blooming inks holy moly they are nice! Awesome high end finds thanks for sharing now I need them all lol

Here's a question that I asked saviland...how can a gel that has to be cured also be water based?? Acrylic paint would be better in my opinion an safer I think. However, I don't understand why they just didn't come out with the non toxic acrylic paint that's water based an thinned out etc? Spraying Any gel an getting it on your skin is a risk right as well as breathing in those particles but I just don't know if it's just a marketing tactic to make it sound more innovative etc...just the questions I'm thinking about and asking but no one seems to be able to explain how they are made an why they made them like that and how can a gel that u cure be water based at same when the polymers inside need the resin to cure. I dunno maybe it's just me and I'm just making it bigger deal then need be?
Ya I’m not totally sure about that I honestly haven’t really read over the packaging yet. I don’t see how it could be water based either that doesn’t really make sense…strange. I’ll have to ask them about that, I’ll look at the packaging next time I’m at my studio and see what all it says

For the MIGOTHIC shade range I would guess the reason why the range is so small is because they are an Asian brand and so are just typical catering to the Asian market. That is my guess. I’m not saying it’s right or anything like that. Just wanted to say what I thought as to why they only go to the shade why do, IMO anyways.

Hey girl, just wanted to say plzzzz don’t use those Saviland AirBrush Gels in the AirBrush machine. I’m a qualified nail tech and learned years ago how dangerous using gel (even if it’s been thinned down) in AB machines.
Because the uncured gel particles become airborn and they are too small to see with the naked eye but will be in the air and then can land on the skin or even breathed in, effecting the lungs etc. but even if you wear a mask and gloves it’s just so dang ours still because you can’t see where all those particles end up and so there will be particles of uncured gel (acrylates) all over your stuff/work surface.
So that’s why you can’t even use them say just for press ons. Well not safely anyways. That is why I’m really disappointed at saviland for releasing these. As I like a lot of savilands stuff. And you would think they would know better.
Oh my gosh as I am writing this I can here you talking in the background as the video is still playing and you have just said the same thing that I am saying now. Hahaha I’m so glad you know it is not safe and are telling people not to use gel in airbrushing machines. Because is blows my mind how many people still don’t know this. And I e warned quite a few people on YT and no joke they don’t even care. 😮

@ yeah I know right. And no joke, I’ve even warned some of the bigger creators and no lie, they legit couldn’t have cared less. 😳 I was so shocked and disappointed tbh.
They were basically just like, well I’ve done it like this for ages and I’ve never had an issue soooo.
And I told them it can be like that but then one day it will just happen. And once you become allergic and get something like contact dermatitis that’s it. You can only treat it from then on so why would you want to risk that when this is not something that is a necessity and the same look can still be achieved but done safely but they just didn’t wanna hear it.
But yeah, I can’t believe a big brand like saviland are selling these and find it very disappointing as I do like a lot of their stuff. But yeah I’m always like noooo. Why!!! When I still see so many using alcohol and gel or even just gel in airbrushing machines. As you would think by now is would be well know that it is a big no no.
Anyways congrats on your store opening back up. Tho I know you probably feel like you could do with a well earned holiday. Lol as you just don’t seem to ever stop. Lol. But I know for me at least that is the best way coz otherwise it’s not been good for me (in the past) when I’ve been bored and not kept myself busy.
