Some people say what questions they ask in interview so please attention:
They will just ask you questions about your included case. If you applied for immigration visa so they will ask about your family and spouse. If you applied for non immigration visa so what type of documents you submitted and what will you bring there they will ask about that. Just study your documents which you will bring they will ask all questions about that not any other things.
Im American and husband Nigerian... after 2yrs we finally got our interview date..i thought i would be excited but im so anxious i could throw up...We are so close to being done with all this, be glad when its over! Good luck to all of you as well
I could imagine how you feel. Immigrant visa interview is one of the scariest experiences in my life but it feels great when you are done with it successfully. Good luck to you and your hubby

@@henessy.-.45 The pandemic coupled with Trump travel ban destabilized the whole process and created some serious backlog for NVC and the Embassies. I am glad you finally got a date

Its a very easy interview at the US. Am from there today and i was not lucky! i filled something wrong by heart is strong. And now am at work. i will try next year, am going to miss a very important seminar but God has plan for everything.

Una consulta, con respecto al Formulario I-864 Declaración jurada de apoyo, este ya fue enviado en su momento al CEAC, pero si mi hermano cambia de trabajo, ¿este se tiene que actualizar? y enviar al CEAC? o solo llevar el formulario actual a la cita.

How long did it take you to receive an interview after all documents submitted? My daughter
received a letter from NCIS after she sent all required documentation, affidavit od support etc that she will be notified or scheduled for interview since April 2018. She still waits for a schedule from the US embassy till now. NOv. 20th.

Hi! last November 13 I received an email from NVC telling me that our I-129F petition application was sent to US EMBASSY JERUSALEM on November 13, 2018 and I checked online our application was in transit. while waiting for our application petition to be ready can i pay the application fee and scheduling an interview and medical and fillout ds-160?

If the petitioner resides in the US but the principal applicant is in Australia (for instance), is the latter required to produce ORIGINAL passport and affidavit of the former?

I’m from Greece, I sent them my papers late April, and still haven’t heard anything from them. I checked my case status on their website and it says my case is ready for an interview, but no paper has arrived that I or my family know of.

my wife received an appointment date scheduled for the IR1 visa interview. she is in Ecuador. im in the USA . this video says the people on the email or letter should attend the appointment, so does that mean I should also attend? these 2 years waiting for this day ive assumed we both would attend. now I am unsure. if I attend ," the petitioner" do I also need to bring my original birth certificate or can I just bring my passport? thank you.
I saw on my guidelines that the petitioner , Me , is not required to attend the interview. but my wife reads lots of social media groups where they say the spouse was at the interview and sometimes they asked the spouse to wait int the waiting room and sometimes the did ask for the spouse to join.
My husband he has interview next month and I lost my marriage certificate 😢we got married in turkey since we are foreigners we can’t get another one there’s no anyway we could get only a document where it shows our marriage date and info but as they said there’s no any guarantee if the US embassy accept it or not please share your experience if you had the same issue.

Originally uploaded, I 864 never expires. You take the latest tax return and W-2 and the one previously submitted.
NVC has received all of my completed documents, Forms and Fees on January 2023 but still stuck in Afghanistan

Gave my interview on 7th june and sent the required documents after that, till that my case was in administrative processing, now status at web portal is changed to "READY" mentioning this reason... Your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S. Consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter and appear at the consulate on the appointed date and time. Otherwise, please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment.

david huynh I received my first appointment letter after 14 years in may 2018 and had my first interview in june. They put my case on administrative processing but after providing them the required documents they again sent me an appointment for owth and biometrics. Finally got my visa last weeks and now ready to travel in next couple of days

I dont understand the part where the sponsor is asked for the tax papers and w2 which is already uploaded to CEAC site which they have already reviewed before calling for interview.. so why they are asked to bring with them? and what if someone who don't have the immunization records ?
It’s not necessary to bring them if you submitted them to the NVC, I’m in the same situation just got approved for my mom in Mexico and waiting for her appointment in ciudad Juárez, I’m expecting to wait 2-3 months for an interview, she got approved this august 30th.

Hi I have my interview tomorrow and I would like to ask. On the interview checklist i gathered all the required documents that I have to bring. Still there is one part Im still worried about and that is I have to show evidence of relationship with the petitioner, wich is my mother. I do have copies that we communicate through social media and that we exchanged pictures. But I do not have pictures of me and my mother together. Is that going to be an issue? Thanks 👍

Well it took almost 7 hours, bcus there were so many people for different visas. First u have to raise ur right hand and swear to tell the truth and nothing but the the truth, bcus if u dont well they already have ur information. I was there for the F1 visa (immigration) so my interview took 5 or 7 minutes. They asked me about Where I was born, Where I was before coming to Holland, education background, background of my parents like job, age, names, address etc. Also some kind of proof of communication, with my mother, like pictures or chats, like on FB or whatsapp. After that the counselor will tell u if its approved or not. Good luck bro its gonna be ok. Just dont be nervous 👍

Madeeha HD just got confirmed that I need scanned or photo copies of petitioner's documents e. g tax returns, their US passport copies, salary slips but I have asked my sister to send me her original birth certificate and nikah nama instead of copies

I have problem about my issued visa? I went to interview and was approved. I was given a paper letter which stated I should create an account. I couldn’t create the account earlier but I did because I was finding it difficult to create the account. Now it been a month and I haven't received my visa even though I checked on ceac and the visa is issued and printed but I haven't received it. Can any one tell me why? After the long waiting still in this stress again and my wife is going through hell with my two kids hmmmm.
