This awful plot to murder this man and his wife just goes to show that you really have to be careful about the ppl you deal with bc TRUST is at an all time low. It really hurts my heart to see the way they plotted to kill this man and his wife without the blink of an eye! Marissa I'm so sorry about your loss, Daniel was really a handsome man and I think most of those user's around him were very jealous of his success. GOD ALMIGHTY was certainly in the picture bc as close as his wife was sitting near him ONLY GRACE blocked those bullets from killing her too. These BOTTOM-FEEDERS that plotted and committed this horrific act, I hope they rot in jail then burn in hell!!!! RIP handsome Daniel

That lawyer sucks just wants to argue with everyone in the court room he should have someone else step in. He starts to try and make a point then gets off topic and argues instead of making the point and he dint see that's what the judge and everyone is saying get to the point and stop arguing with her there's no need for her to lie when she can't be touched or sentenced she's free to say w.e. when she says idk it's idk and I highly doubt hutch tomd her everything he did or didn't do. If I was her or her lawyer that's what I would have said like do you tell your wife all and everything you do at work? No you don't so what makes you think he told her everything I'm sure he kept a bunch from her my only question is if she was supposed to be killed as well why wasn't she shot at all? Plus she seems really calm and none emotionally towards her husband's horrible death that she witnessed so she's either on xanax or a anti Depressant

Yall are so quick to judge her every move because of your own insecurities! Yall say: Don't judge a book by its cover! But as soon as an attractive woman testifies. All the women in the comments start accusing her. Get some self esteem & build your confidence up. Looks don't make her guilty. Body language don't make her guilty!
but let's put you on the stand and see how well you do with everyone judging your every move! Some of You don't even know the case and accusing her of stuff that the lawyer did. @@dudemorris7769 Actually it is you who doesn't understand how our court system works. So have a seat. One of the main instructions judges give all juries when it comes to witness credibility is whether the witness was being responsive to the questions or evasive and avoiding giving answers (her "I don't know" on hot button questions time and again seems to meet that test to me); whether the witness had a motive to lie (read more below); and whether the witness was argumentative with her examiner (she squirmed so much in that seat on touchy questions and at points argued with the attorney). So yeah, I thought you needed to know how the court system works. And after all, she's not a true victim either. Wife escapes unscathed in a hail of gunfire while her husband is murdered in a car seat right next to her? That wasn't luck. That was planned. And while I'm at it, give me immunity to put all the blame on a successful business lawyer and get away with murder. She gets immunity for her own money laundering "business" of hiding dirty blood money and you call that kind of witness "credible?" But hey! when talking about motive, I bet there were a lot of people with motive like drug dealers, pimps and pushers she and her shady husband catered to. After all they were in a business that catered to such shady crowd. The lawyer is NOT GUILTY.

@@khalilfareed total BS, I’ve sat on 7 juries and never been told anything remotely related to what you speak of. She’s not saying anything as the Judge rules on what evidences can come in & what can’t and to not “open the door” to something that has been previously ruled can’t come in to the trial unless it’s talked about by yourself, then fair game. We know this is not the outcome that should occur but it was known to come. I seen his flashy pieces I said oh my gosh robbery was on my mind and I'm not even a robber. But he wasn't even taken out for that. I imagine also some of his clients you know people who spend fast big money live whiskey risky lives. To be the drug dealer Jeweler there is always a cost to pay unfortunately.
