I remember listening to this in highschool during my classes because I was an introvert. Now I'm in college wishing those simpler times could be real again
oh man i'm feeling quite the same... was more of an introvert back then, but after covid i socialized alot more and now i am feeling proud of that but i still wish that sometimes the good old days where i would sit at home playing some video game would come back...
Hey bro, I'm in highschool and let me tell you life does not feel simple. Nostalgia is a dirty lair and you'll probably say the same thing about you time in college once your working. Just live and experience things in the moment.
I graduated back in 2021, discovered this song in 2019, and since then, this music doesn't feel the same. I just hope my taste in music hasn't changed.
I’m glad the comments are still up for some of these videos, it was always really comforting coming here and seeing all the nice comments people leave for eachother. Just a community of nice folks that all share the same love for this type of music.
This song is amazing, stimulates my mind and creative thoughts. Puts me in a place of sorts, a nice rainy day sitting in my truck enjoying the atmosphere.
Imagine hearing this while driving through NYC at night but there are no cars, no horns, nor people.... Nothing. Wind which whistles when it touches the buildings you drive along. You see ads on big screens and colorful lights all along the streets but the city is dead...
Man it's been almost a year, yet i still get the same feelings from this track. This track makes me absolutely euphoric and out of my mind. Thank you electronic gems
Sometimes when I daydream or tilt on the edge of sleep i see faces and people that seem so familiar yet i had never met before. Its always the same faces, and the same 80s hairdos, sometimes when I really get into my thoughts I really wonder if those people i see were family or friends of mine from a past life, every 80s movie and song ive heard gives me such an overwhelming nostalgic feeling that I can’t explain, being born in the 2000s I would grow up watching older cartoons and shows, that always felt so natural and familiar to my personality, it’s like i had grown up in the 50s watching the same cartoons in said past life. Music like this always makes me think about these things and really make me question reality and my understanding of it, having usually rationalizing questionable scenarios and anomalies with scientific proofs and reasonings. But this is one of the few things that i never really will understand. Did i really live past, and will live future lives? Will i pass to heaven or hell? Or am I simply a miraculous amalgamation of molecules and matter? I probably will never find the truth. But it doesn’t bother me because im not really ready to find the truth yet.
This song unlocked the meaning of life, the universe, and the concept of time for me...i am now everything, and nothingness all at once yet at multiple times and points across a infinite plane of existence, across many dimensions, and various spaces, in a multitude of times....
This song is so beautiful and fits so many occasions and beautiful places. I was driving home from school and this song started playing as soon as the beat dropped a great white egret flew over my windshield. Was a really surreal moment tbh
Just picked up a convertable early 90's miata with pop up headlights and all. Can't wait for spring to come full swing and to take that out on the city after midnight.
This brings me back to the early 2000s when I'd get up early in the morning, eat a bowl of captain crunch, go to the living room and sit with my cat. I watched my favorite shows like Reading Rainbow, Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, and Sesame Street. Then I'd get back into bed and would spend hours on my gameboy color playing Donkey Kong Country and Yoshi's Island. Those were the good 'ol days. I didn't have a care in the world. Listening to this has really brought back fond memories of being a kid. Thanks for the upload.
Even though I spent a lot of time alone as a kid, I remember feeling so lucky I had games like Bubble Bobble, Super Mario Bros. 2 and Metroid. Eating Corn Pops and playing FF3. This music really gives you the feels.
I thought I knew what my favorite genre of music was but then I discovered electronic gems and realized that this ....this is it. Been stuck on this for so long. Their music fuels my emptiness in such a beautiful way , can't even explain it properly.
Imagine laying down in your giant bed, neon lights on, air conditioner on, and listening to this, would be the best time of your life, especially better if someone is with you..
funnily enough. Its 2022 and i came back listening to this after not hearing it for 4 years, just thinking about the fact i wanted to feel "vaporwavy" in 2018, just listening to this while drinking a green tea arizona while heading to my friends house to make some valuable memories that i hold to today is genuinely shocking and beautiful in some way. the fact a song about nostalgic vibes released in a modern day is making nostalgic for the modern times more so than what the song is trying to reminisce. im def not the only one who did this and is prob experiencing it like me. its amazingly beautiful

This song is how I feel.
Last night, I was driving my Mazda, windows were low, late night, stars above a head and this was played. That night, I felt some emotions, that I would never forget....
i can picture listening to this song on a summer night or something, just driving around not even knowing where your heading ...just enjoying life at the moment
This song nearly makes me want to cry but smile at the same time That’s the best way I could word it, the intro to the cheery build up to the deep bass with a mysterious sound of wonder in the background Just makes me think of something beautiful than I can’t even imaging, just the thought gives me so many feelings
