Girl when I tell you I was bawling my eyes out with you!!! I have been following and binge watching for about a month. It's amazing because when your videos came to me I was in such a low place. Didn't have enough for my rent. Getting hit left and right with nsf fees. Not enough food to keep myself, 4 teenagers and a toddler fed. I was going through it. You have inspired me so much! I am now so much more in control. I don't spend mindlessly and impulsively. If I want something, I am now planning and earning it. I realized I was on such a hopeless and destructive path. I have worked my whole life and just now am I starting to save and really be financially literate. Your videos are not just entertaining. You are out here changing lives, especially your own. I'm so happy I found you and I am so proud of you!!! I know we don't know each other, but I feel like you are a friend looking out for me and my family. ❤
I hope your teen daughters are learning with you too, so they won't get into the situation you were in. Listening to Dave Ramsey and Baddies & Budgets I hope to be in a better financial position too. Baddies & Budgets is helping me a lot too. Love watching her.

Thank you for sharing your story. It's unfortunate to hear how you had to advocate for yourself, but also unfortunately not surprising. Studies show that women, especially if you're seen as overweight according the BMI scale (which again, people have found is not reliable) are often not taken seriously. If is unfortunately why women, especially fat women, are misdiagnosed. I'm glad you're here today to not only share your story, but your wisdom and your journey with us!
Do you go to the bank weekly or pull cash from paydays? Describe a two week envelope process. That way I can. Wrap my mind around placing money in envelopes.

I can relate...at least your younger than me...Lol. I think the point is while it would've been wiser to have started younger...I feel SO excited just to have found the "On Ramp!" There are lots of reasons for my Finachial delay and I always like to factor in..."But God!!" God is able to make ALL Grace abound towards us. It's gonna be alright. Thanks Baddies.

Started by challenge yesterday, I tried to do this challenge 3 times and it all failed. As a 20-year-old woman and countless talks with my parents about saving money, I just feel like my older self will be grateful for saving money now. The one thing I have is paying off my one credit card and getting my credit back on track, I love how organized you are because I am the same way.
Praying that I finish this challenge this time. 🙂

I started my 100 envelope system recently too and I'm so excited to fill an envelope every chance I get. Seeing you count the money makes me even more excited to fill them all. Thank you for motivating me to do the envelope system properly and to do this challenge ^^

This video was the catalyst to my budgeting journey. I wouldn’t actually get 100% dedicated until January of 2022. My bf and I have managed to save 4K as of June 3rd 2022. Our goal is 12K by the end of the year and we’re right on track to make that happen. We couldn’t save much in April/May but we’re getting back to the groove of things! I’m going to come back to this comment in December to see if we managed to actually reach that goal! Can’t wait to see how we progressed 🙏🏼

okay but i watched this video right after you posted this and i was like wow, it would be crazy if what happened to you was also why i looked pregnant, PLOT TWIST in November I went to the ER from severe pain and found out i did actually have masses on my ovaries! one was 34cm the other was 8cm. I lost 23 lbs from getting them removed. Doctor said it was like I was carrying around twins for who knows how long. I had to get a Left side Salpingo Oopherectomy. Im shooketh after rewatching this!

No idea how much I enjoy watching you and I just became a new subscriber. Would love to start but I’m confused a bit on how you stuff these envelopes, L O L. Is it like, at the end of each day whatever money is left over in your wallet you fill an envelope? Or do you pull envelopes at the beginning of each week and say, this is my goal for the week, to fill all of these seven envelopes? Ok, I know I sound Stupid lol, but just don’t know how to start from Day 1. 😊❤ ty 😊

I highly believe in manifestation. I manifested my house just by writing everything that I wanted in a house specifically and the house I bought…it was more than what my loan offered but something kept bringing me back to the house and once I stepped inside, I immediately said “this is the one!”

I’m so sorry for the health problems you went through, and as a fat person, your words of “they blame everything in the overweight problem” resonated with me so much. They blame my cholesterol levels on what they assume I eat and they assume I don’t exercise. It’s really heartbreaking and frustrating when they don’t listen 😭 praying for you

You never know someone’s story until they tell you. I can’t imagine how scary that was to find out you had all these medical problems and they just blamed it on weight, but you know yourself better than anyone. I’m glad you’re here and your doing something that you love doing ❤️

Girl I started crying. I recently quit my job even though It might not have been financially the best choice. The way you're expressing the way your job was, is exactly how it was for me... I just needed out., I also struggle with ADHD so this was so so powerful to hear. You really did the thing and are killing it. Thank you for sharing this
It didn't seem like the right thing for me at first but the older I get the more important I become. If that makes sense. Money is relative, I know we need it to survive but at the end of the day I am not willing to sacrifice my mental health for money. I'm just not. You will find you way babe. I did! Just keep moving forward!

You are so amazing! I love watching your content. I’ve tried putting back to get your book and binder with cash envelopes and we’ll life happens every time. Then I feel selfish getting things for myself instead of what really needs it. I lost all my family all with in 9 months of each other. ❤️My dad (68) Passed August 22 2020 of last year from cancer. My brother(47) passed June 23 2022 from a massive heart attack in his sleep. and my mom (65)almost one month after my brother on July 28 2021. She had end stage copd. I’m the only living person left from my original family. No grandparents, aunts, uncles. I have cousins but I’m 44 and they around my age raising their kids and their life we talk but they all live in other places. I have a husband 27 years. And our two kids. 21&19. It’s hard because no one thinks about all the littles thing you have to do after the funerals. It’s stressing me out and everything was left to me. So cleaning out gel home alto sell one snd legal stuff with the estate. I’m sorry to cry baby. I just hope one day I can order your
thing. I want to do those challenges.

Thank you for being an advocate foe yourself. I work in a clinic and I insist patients speak up and out during appts especially if they feel like they are being ignored.

Here I am stumbling on your channel and binging your videos and hear you say you have ADHD, and I was JUST thinking there's no way my ADHD ass could keep up with this because the biggest barrier is taking cash out of the bank, but damn if I'm not inspired to try!!!
There are days/weeks that I struggle! Trust me! But this is the ONLY method that has been able to work for me. Literally nothing else works

Sometimes you have to stick it out and work a job till you get were your suppose to be. God had bigger plans for you. I completely understand the frustration with being “larger” and the way doctors act towards you. I have always been overweight and every year at my check ups was told you are healthy except you need to loose weight (or you have that “issue” because you are overweight and you need to loose some). Yet NO doctor would help me try to loose the weight! I’ve done so many diet and workout plans to only loose a little bit a weight then have it come back. Fast forward to 3yrs ago I finally got a doctor to look into it further for me and come to find out I have PCOS which is a hormone imbalance & it makes it very difficult to loose weight. So at least I know what is going on, but it would have been nice to have had a doctor who actually cared and looked into this a lot sooner for me before it got as bad as it is! Keep up the great work on your budgeting and savings! 💜
Yes girl! I haven't been fat all of my life, I've actually only been larger in these past few years and the way society treats larger people period is tragic. Healthcare should not be biased also! I refuse. I advocate for myself now. I will literally get up and go to the hospital facilitator to get the help I need. Everyone deserves respect and power care.

Girl… when I was pregnant with my daughter my OBGYN would blame everything on the pregnancy! Your back hurts because you’re pregnant, your stomach hurts because your pregnant….. I go to the ER one day because my back hurt so much I couldn’t walk and girl! I was dehydrated, I had a stomach infection, kidney infection with kidney stones, a bladder infection, I also had gallstones and going thru a gallbladder attack! I was in the hospital for 2 weeks!
You can add more ads to your videos when you upload your video and monetize it, it’ll ask you to manage mid-roll ads I suggest 4 ads per video if your video is 15 minutes or more. So, it doesn’t get too annoying. But, you make more money when you have more ads.

I would definitely try redoing this challenge until the end of the year and see how much more you can save. It’s definitely a great feeling of accomplishment being able to save any amount of money.

Actually as UA-camrs we do control how many ads are on our videos but you have to go in and manually place those ads and that’s kind of crazy I just let UA-cam automatically place the ads for me because I don’t want to overfill my channel with ads and make my subscribers I have to watch all of that that’s ridiculous but yes as you tubers we can place her own ads as many as we want
