You have a very efficient handwriting that also looks good and is intelligible. Would you consider making a video where you just handwrite a short text? This way it'll be easier for us to emulate you because when you write a short text you show many ways of connecting different letters in practice.

Great video. It is a good idea to use the brighter coliyrs to mark the vowels. I belueve I am nit the only one whose pronblem is that I cannot see/recignize the letters when they are already in a word.

Best lesson. Somali is the same. We used to write in Arabic but changed to Latin 1972. Our vowels are;
Somali short vowels: a, i, u, o, e
Long: aa, ii, uu, oo, ee.
a = fatha
u = damma
i = kasra
aa = أ
ii = ي
uu = و
