I love this. Nicely done ✅. How do you deal with outdoor balloons turning matte? Do you treat each one with hi-shine, or do you just tell the client what to expect and leave them as is?
You can use hi shine, just treat balloons indoor and then take them outside. Yes it's better if you'll tell clients balloons will turn matte.

Balloons simply oxidized outside, that's why they are matte
Ah ok. Because I’m wondering I also saw some indoor setup with that kind of “ matte” look. I thought you can buy such kind of balloons.

Yes I do. Best advice is to use good quality balloons like Qualatex, Tuftex, Betallic
You have to buy balloon shine
I don’t use balloons shine for my garlands. I love matte look of balloons :)
