Very interesting to hear of the experience of a descendant of an Indian immigrant and a Muslim, born and growing up in Barbados. I am so very pleased that Mood managed to balance his artistic, agricultural, social and personality strengths with awareness well. Keep on doing your thing, Mahmood, we all appreciate and benefit from your path!

This was interesting, i need to go back to the 1st episode. Somehow i missed the beginning. Thank you Sherwood for doing this programme, i've learnt a lot about my homeland and the people. Say Hi to your Mum for me. Next time i'm home i must visit her. God bless your family.

This is the one. I'm English born of Bajan parents. I met my first white Bajan in Primary school. Mrs Payne that, blew my mind. I'm 8 years old and the only white people I had seen were English. Flash forward many years, and I finally got to Barbados and learnt a really valuable lesson. No matter all the schisms. The Caribbean people love their islands and their people. This series has been really uplifting.

I was given the book from Bengal to Barbados after it came out. I have been trying to tell my grandaughter what those people believe in about working for themselves. She has a gift so why be a slave for an employer?
