Happy to help sir 😊 Unfortunately even po kami na maayos mag explain, nadadamay din sa misrepresentation ng ibang agents na sasabihin lahat ng gustong marinig ng clients nila mapag reserve lang 😅 Kaya madaming clients na may unrealistic expectations about the buying process (like after downpayment turnover na daw agad or magpasa ka lang ng ganito, maapprove ka na sa bank, etc.) ang ending po kapag na-disappoint sila, iisipin nila lahat ng sales agents ganun din 😅
