The COVID-19 Regional Response Fund, a part of SVCF's COVID-19 regional response effort, provided grants to trusted lead partner organizations in the 10-county Bay Area region. The trusted lead partner organizations in turn supported individuals and families most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In Santa Clara County, Destination: Home was the lead organization.
