Wow I love 💕 your new hairstyle! It gorgeous! A wonderful video of tips for painting water droplets! Always a challenging subject to paint but with a bit more practice & slowing down in addition to the helpful advice of yours, I’m sure I will be able to succeed. Thanks for sharing this video & enjoy your weekend! 🫶🏻
Louise, you have such an exceptional teaching style and give such concise explanations! The photography (so very important for art instruction) is among the best on YT. I saved this video to a special folder of a dozen or so art videos that I keep for future reference, which shows how outstanding this is. One can really feel the heaviness of the water drops; if the paper were tilted vertically, they look as if they are about to run down the paper!
Your such a beautiful soul and I love the new hairstyle! Thanks so very much for sharing your tips and tricks to do water droplets. I just started your classes and I absolutely love them! You are and excellent teacher and your talents of how to paint watercolor is perfect for me. I am so grateful that I have taken your classes on Patreon. Your style of art is what I love and teaching skills. Thank you so much Louise De Masi for sharing your gift with us.🙏💕
Thank you once again. I really like your hair. You look fresh and healthy. Now to painting. I have struggled with water droplets but feel more confident after watching your video.
Ohh how i love your hair louise. I always go straight to yournpage everytime i get to have to open YT. Always looking forward to your new vid. I seem lost of interest in my passion lately which is painting, and im on process of looking new inspirations such as looking back to your old vid thankyou so much mam. Your number 1 fan here is dumaguete philippines 😊
This tutorial was so welcome and needed. I painted some a couple of years ago when I did a tutorial from another teacher, but after that I haven’t been too successful so have avoided them. Thank you so much, and I like your new hairstyle!
Hi Louise, I joined your patreon, enjoying your videos. Wondering if you have any landscapes planned? I find the layering of blocks of colours and use of light quite tricky!
I'm glad you did a tutorial on this subject. I've wanted to understand more about what makes it look more realistic. Thank you. As always, your teaching skills are brilliant and wonderfully concise, with a very approachable understanding.
Thank you for this video! I learned to paint water droplets with your Coral Rose tutorial and I just love looking at it on the wall! Your hair is super gorgeous by the way 😍
This is just a lovely painting Louise and reminds me of the sweet and wonderful gifts of nature. I cannot wait to give this rose with water droplets a try. May I add how beautiful you look today. It is not just your beautiful hair but a new peacefulness in your voice. Altogether you have given me a renewed love for the art of watercolor painting.
Thanks Louise for this new video tutorial! Very interesting. Thanks also for yours tutorial videos into Patreon. The footages are very good and the explanations are very good also. You are speaking slowly and simply. I am able to understand 100% of the process . Thanks Louise! Have a good weekend from Canarias islands 🏝
Agree whole heartedly love the hair and love the video concept here, very helpful and creative. Another outstanding upload. Thanks Louise! Ps I'm going back to rewatch ur bug 🐛 vid
I recently purchased a full color wheel of Winsor & Newton watercolor paint to follow your free lessons on UA-cam. Since you've been using Schmincke for the last few lessons, I'm wondering which Winsor & Newton paint colors match the Schmincke brand paint you're using now. And also which brand you use when I sign up for the patreon classes. I look forward to receiving your answer. And of course I would also like to thank you very much for all the effort you put into sharing your knowledge with us so well. It's all so clear to follow. Really fantastic!
Thank you! Winsor and Newton paints are very expensive now so I've started using Schmincke. They are just as good but are less expensive. In most of my tutorials on Patreon I use Winsor & Newton. It's only been in a few recent tutorials where I've used Schmincke. You can be guided by the pigment codes when you want to substitute colours. The pigment codes can be found on the manufacturers' websites.
I have a question. I'm going to paint a pumpkin with waterdroplets, so I watched this video to learn how to do that. If I look at my reference photo I see that the highlight in de waterdroplets on my pumpkin are bright yellow. How can I paint that: should I mix yellow into the white gouache? Is that possible?
Thanks so so so much Louise 🌹🙏 very interesting tips, clearly & simply explained and teatched 🥰 have to be patient and minutious but result is wonderful 😍 thx for pour sweetness too, very appreciable to listen and follow you 🤤 and finally, thx for pour positive contribution to people wellness, talking about Betterhelp, because it s true that everyone deserve to be happy and secure LOVE 🕊️🪷🙏

Yes that's possible. You can mix your watercolour paints with white gouache or you can buy coloured gouache.
