I'm happy to hear things are going better for you Mr.Reach, I understand it's hard to open up about stuff like this and to share this on your channel is awesome because you let people know there not alone. We all have our struggles in life some harder then others but the main thing is to never give up, if you fail try again and if you still fail pick yourself up and keep trying you will succeed as long as you don't give up. This video reminds me of a quote from a movie I watched when I was younger " never give up...never surrender ". Can anyone name that movie?

I started having serious panic attacks at 18 in 1968. There were no medications that worked. I was completely housebound from 1974 to 1977 and had serious panic leaving the house until the mid 1980s. I'm 73 years old now and still have some problems, I still don't travel far distances driving myself from home alone, but for about 35 years I've gotten to where I drive and go out quite a bit. I even worked for 30 years as a substitute teacher. in 1998 I had a big setback but checked in a mental hospital for a week. After that I started taking daily serotonin uptake meds that worked and helped my chemical imbalanced brain. ~ Peace to all who suffer, there is help now. Unlike in 1968 when I first started having my serious panic (and depression).

Hey Reach, I've dealt with depression and anxiety for years and didn't think I needed help. Talking to someone about it and being put on meds changed my life for the better. I also had a good friend that encouraged me to seek help and supported me through my issues. This was brave of you to come out and let everyone know about your mental health. This is something we need to feel more comfortable discussing with others.

Good on you for speaking up about this. It's talking about it that makes the subject less "taboo", and helps the next person take steps to help them lead a normal life. Also don't let *anyone* tell you there's a "right" way or a "wrong" way to deal with problems like this. If something works for you, it's the right way for you.

Thanks so much for sharing Mr. R. I'm happy you reached out to your community and talked about it openly. Exactly 1 year ago on March 12th I almost died, a couple of times. Not covid related, I have end stage liver disease, but covid struck at the same time. I was very traumatized over the entire experience. Now I have panic attacks and prefer not to go anywhere, especially the thought of the hospital is terrifying. Now I am pretty reclusive and want to stay away from everything. I have a hard time trusting medical staff and most people in general. I am 46.

I'm so proud of you and really touched that you would share this with the world. Sharing will of course help you, but it will also help others. I've always felt you had a certain special magic in your calm focus in gaming and nothing would please me more to see you have more and more success. You have a kind and calm heart and so it is a bit ironic that you also have panic. Maybe every great gift comes with strings attached? Many of my family including me study or practice psychotherapy and so I am familiar with agorophobia and panic disorders, so trust me when I say that I really appreciate how important it is for you to come forward. I find it very moving and deeply reassuring. Best wishes to you and RJay!

Thank you for sharing this with us. It shows a lot of strength to post this. I have this mildly and it does help knowing that there are others that have this issue as well. I am happy to see you got the help you needed. There are some thing in your life that may need a little help to get you started on the right path to healing. Sometimes that is medicine. Sometimes it is just knowing that there are others out there that feel the same way and in knowing this you find hope. Keep being awesome!!! 💜

While I don't suffer from that I do have other issues that are being treated and I know what it's like for loved ones to say "It's all in your head" Well yeah, but not the way they are talking. I was telling my counselor today that I have noticed more people talking about mental health on social media and it's great that more people are getting information out there so others know they are not alone or weird. Well I am weird but not because of my mental issues.

Thank you for being so open with your condition. There are over 3 million diagnosed cases in the States every year. I'm interested to know what your trigger is? For some it's environmental. For others it's expectations of human interaction. Maybe both? There really are a lot of people in the world who suffer in silence and it's not healthy. Good for you in seeking help. I battled minor PTSD well into my late thirties before I sought professional help (sleep disorder.) I really enjoy your live web casts and hope they continue.

I wish though that you'd been a little more supportive of people who have suicidal ideation. They need to know that just because the have suicidal thoughts doesn't mean that they want to kill themselves. Thoughts come and go and usually don't mean much. I speak from experience.
