- Don't feel guilty about your desire for a Grasshopper. You know you want one. Jeffrey created a blended version for his bar, Pepe Le Moko, that will satisfy any craving. Just take it easy on the Fernet Branca or things might get a little too smooth, if you know what we mean. If you don't, watch the video.

Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Créme de Menthe (green)
1 1/2 oz Créme de Cacao (white)
1 tsp Fernet Branca
1 1/2 oz Half & Half
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1/2 Cup crushed ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
I've put this awesome drink on our cocktail menu but unfortunately people dont really understand this in Hungary... Anyway, i love it !

Fernet Branca's laxative effect is way worse hahah

surprised and disappointed we couldn't find a way around the green food-coloring. Oh well.
It's not that you couldn't find a way, it's that it defeats the purpose. Grasshoppers are... Green. The whole point of the Grasshopper cocktail is that it's green. It's okay to indulge in trashy things every now and then. Everyone's a critic apparently.
