Kaori was hardcore in that outfit similar to Ryo. Unfortunately, her outfit was never seen again in the franchise after this and in that other movie City Hunter: Death of the Vicious Criminal Ryo Saeba.
Kaori, Saeko, Miki, and the other girls have multiple face lifts throughout the motion picture. It's a good thing that those ladies still have pretty faces that I am glad about. At least their not ugly, which I hope not.
