Hello sir, i have some doubts can final year PG scholar who are submitting their thesis can apply this year or is it compulsory for only those who have already submitted the thesis this year and completed their degree? Because i am going to submit my thesis in the end of August and exams are before that will i be eligible for the ntet exams ??and
If we clear ntet exam this year whay will be further steps?
