not interested in renting a long term rental if there are no services. If I am moving to another country, I do not want to deal with an unknown entity to figure out how to get all those services. I guess the best situation would be to find a mid term rental that has all the 'things' and figure out the other stuff in time. there ARE long term rentals with services and furnished... you just have to get out there and find them after you get there. They call it "boots on the ground". Best case is to go to Panama before committing to anything.
Hi Annie! sometimes you need a bill under your name to prove residency. Usually it comes down to the electricity bill. If this is not important to you, then you can negotiate for the owner to keep it under their name, and of course, you would be paying for it. In this case, they might ask you for an electricity bill warranty deposit. Each case is different!
