What are those buffs on Saffiyah that have a purple circle on the ground?

That's The Magician's Crimson debuff, purple circle on the ground with the blinking purple diamond marker. The boss inflicts that debuff for 4 turns after doing the Dust to Dust 3x single-target basic attack . If unit with the debuff gets attacked by any active attacks again, the boss will deal 300% aoe magical damage within a 1-tile radius to and around the unit.
