- The US is expected to sanction an ultra-Orthodox Israeli military unit for alleged human rights violations in Gaza.
It would be the first time the US government has targeted an IDF unit and a move Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he'll fight.

This can be interpreted as 'Israel was waiting for HAMAS to do something stupid so that they can finally justify their actions of mass destruction'.
