When you conte playing as a player, you will know why. He manage juventus midfield excellently
Solidarity and camaraderie through suffering. A universal rule in life. A simple concept, a difficult achievement. This is what makes champions and heroes
That's why Chelsea was very successful under Conte. I'm a Chelsea fan and I'm very excited for the London derbyyy!
I wouldn’t say VERY successful but they did good
@@mattholt2451 winning league not successful then spurs never had a successful manager 😂
@@mattholt2451 and the season he got sacked he even one the fa cup

Haha same the game will be amazing🤝
Spurs "all or nothing" chose the wrong season to shoot it... i hope someone is making a behind de scenes of this process
🤣🤣 No lies
This is probably also an affection caused by intense heat that you feel in East Asian countries
You will always be remembered, Gian Piero Ventrone.

This brings me back to 2020 when I had to practice on my own
I kept running
And lifting weights
And doing ab movements until I couldn’t feel my body anymore everyday in august
And here we here 2 years later
I’m so close to getting abs and I enjoy the suffering
Especially when my friends are with me
We just keep pushing each other until one of us pass out
Hello! Important to be clear of one's intention of doing all this. Some are vulnerable to addictions, incl addiction to exercising or "extreme" sports. Passing out sounds unhealthy and dangerous. Benefits of exercising incl building physical, mental health. Exercising should not be about creating negative impact on one's body or risking one's life. I know of a firefighter in mid 20s, who died of a heart attack from fitness training. Also important for everyone to learn CPR, access to Automated Ext Defibrallator. This saves Christian Eriksen. Like the slogan "Enjoy Drinking Responsibly". "Enjoy Exercising Responsibly!" Sending love and blessings! 😊
Exciting to be playing football this summer and taking lessons from a coach! Aware of my body and how far I can stretch!
A kilometer of uphill running once a day will work amazing on their stamina and mental aptitude
Or just play football to get football fit, its that simple, don't see footballers running up hills during games, do you?
This season they will win something for sure, Hard work is the only key to achieving it; it teaches us discipline, dedication and determination. #coys 💪💪💪💪💪💪
I really hope we win something but to say it will happen for sure is ridiculous.
Damn it's similar to Klopp's first pre-season at Liverpool. He push the players to their limit and make them suffer without hesitation. With their activity on transfer market and training method like this, it's kinda scary to see what Spurs can bring this season
Damn Klopp never had any similar pre season when he joined LFC.
When klopp joined LFC the pre season was kinda soft because he knew that this team wasn't capable and wanted to change almost every face
@@carkeynosgr2788 u sure? just ask Lucas Leiva when he almost throw up during pre season because the session takes many running and pressing the ball
With Conte all the players suffer hell pains, but they will run as mad for the whole season and play at their maximum . Juventus since his departure is never the same. Players that with him were rockets are now still slow and injured. He is a great added value
Servirebbe più a noi infatti.. alla Juve
I remember having to do 2 miles (3.2km) before every practice in under 12 minutes, in the Texas heat of 100f (37.7c) it was brutal.
Conte is good coach and good leader 👍
For thousands of pounds?…yup I’d do that, happily! Nice to see some intense training footage though and not some lazy dribbling videos most teams put out. Excited for the new season!
You can't do that james , only professional athletes with years of training can

Kane helping and running witn Son 👏 team work and a partnerships I wish the United players had
I really love this approach by Conte, impressive one
The first weeks of training after coming back from vacation are always awful. Especially the first week, after that it’s no longer a problem
Its with this intensity that they can work out and train during pre-season.
When the season starts, players can’t train with this intensity coz they have to recover for the upcoming match.
Love it! Love conte at our club and long may it continue!
I thought this was diving practice for a second without reading title
I literally had practice today in 95 degree weather and our new coach made us run like crazy, felt like torture
High intensity 90 mins of football is coming in hot 🔥
It's summer in Seoul, add this to jet lag. Of course they'll feel it. Coys!
Interesting to hear Ashley Youngs comments about working under Conte, when he says Conte's intensity is unsustainable for a long period. This could be a reason his teams peak and crash very quicky.
He’s right. Conte’s methods only work in a window of 2-3 seasons and then players become disillusioned with the intensity. He builds his squads with this in mind, a mixture of older more experienced veterans and then hungry young players.
Lol thats not true at all. Tottenham will have a great season
@@boxingworld7505 Nobody is saying they won't, I think they will do very well and probably win a trophy, but it's not sustainable over a long period due to the methods.
@@tq6892 yes it is and he demonstrate it in Inter and Juve and Italy

With the wages they have, make them suffer even more! They should all be training this hard and even more for that amount of money
Man is literally coaching a next seal team
brings me back to the day our coach had us doing beach runs and everyone throwing up
This should be the standard for every team!
What, non specific conditioning like this?
@@mikeybhoy422 it's called getting fit to go into battle
@@jordanevans3986
You get football fit by playing football, not punishing runs like this where it is last man standing, all this type of non specific training will do is fatigue players and lead to injury.
Very good , Spurs will end in the top 4 next season
@Lee From The Layne stop putting unrealistic expectations on Tottenham
Who knows Spus might end up lifting trophy in PL?
Lmao these deluded Trophyless spuds never learn 🤪 small club
We ended top 4 the season just gone
@Lee From The Layne what cup? Starbucks?
A city fan but i predict spurs and city will be fighting for league title this season not liverpool. Conte is an excellent manager glad spurs gave him the chance and backed him up in the transfer window
That's very kind of you but the title will be between City and Liverpool once again.
This is scary to see as a Manchester United fan. Good work, Conte and to the players too.

I Remember Moreno too.
Indeed no player is bigger than a club.
Look at the calibre of high paying superstars compelling to the instruction of a coach. The power of good sportsmanship
Mark my words. They are gonna win a big trophy this season. Conte is really serious and this is a blessing for all athletes. You will see that getting really tired now will be really important throughout the season
"Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion." - a very wise man
But when does the suffering stop? When is being a champion enough? It's part of humanity to always want the next thing. Some kind of suffering is ever-present.
No pain...no gain!
Exactly. Like what CR7 said, "fitness comes first, skill and talent comes later"..
exactly, for something ronaldinho did not last long in the elite
Something Messi cannot relate to as his fitness was overcome with a star studded time covering for him
Welcome back to the school. After so long holidays. Now is the time to focus for fitness.
