Great video, thank you! Do you know of a guide on how to remove the primary/stator cover? Seems a bit complex with the amount of things in the way. I need to replace my stator but was planning on doing a few other recommended things (like this shifter pawl adjustment) while in there.
Sorry for the very late reply. If you go to Buell Riders Online they offer a free Buell Blast Service Manual that should take you step by step through it. Also another Blast rider did a pretty good write up with pictures on that site.
Thanks. I did have that issue :), check the following video I posted. ua-cam.com/video/5GMGwc6C32A/v-deo.html. The result was beyond just adjusting the shifter pawl. I needed a new trans. I was beating it up pretty bad when riding. Don't shift without clutch, that is the lesson on this bike ;). I also have a video on taking the trans apart.
is there a video that shows step by step to actaully get to where he's at?
Thanks, video was a big help. I have to do my blast pawl adjustment also

Thanks!
so that paw that u hold pressure on should change gears. mine will not. ???🤔
How do you get to the clutch bolt to remove the assembly? Do you need a spring compression tool of some kind?
how did you get the stator cover clutch plates and sprockets off?
allen Henry 1 1/8 socket it's a left hand thread so turn the nut clock wise and remove it. Then just pull both sprockets off their shaft.
Awesome video, thanks! Ever have yours not shift past 2nd?
+Bypass Master you might be able to do the shifter pawl adjustment as it is able to shift INTO third at least. good luck
