Also, will there be a flat rate shipping amount for a customer instead of adding on shipping costs for each item they choose? For each item they pick, the shipping cost increases. Thank you.
Hello! Unfortunately we're still working on the option to allow for free shipping, we'll let you know when we do. I was just wondering if later on in the near future are there going to be any settings for SEO purposes such as allowing us sellers to add the keyword in the URL, meta description, and product description? Hi I do a lot of art fairs, and I bring a few physical products. Would my popup shop be ipad compatible so I can order for customers if I don't have the their size or color preference on hand at the art fair?
Quick question: when it is that I see my profit from each sales displayed in my account . I’ve sold 4 items over the past two days and I have not seen the profit being shown on my dashboard .
Hey there! On your dashboard, you'll see the total costs-to-date, which is only the amount you've paid for the production and shipping costs. To see how much you have to withdraw, you can go to 'Wallet' in the left navigation menu > Payments > Withdrawals
1. Is there a guide on how pricing works in the popup? 2. Does the price set in the Pop up carry over if I want to link Etsy? Or can I make a new/diff price in Etsy? TY 🙏🏽❤️

Why is that the Printify Images are blurry when viewed on a mobile phone? they are fine if looked at on the computer. Most people use their phones for shopping.
Hi Bruce! Sorry to hear, that shouldn't be happening. Our catalog and products have a standard image quality no matter where or how you access them. Sometimes your internet connection or the application you are using to transfer pictures on web can also affect picture quality. Pictures can be pixelated/unclear because not all the image data is downloaded yet so you end up waiting longer for the image to get to full resolution.
At the time of creating my account it forced me to check an option that says I am a US resident in order to launch my store, however I am not a US resident or citizen, I am a citizen of Peru and I need to know If I can sell from Peru.
Hello glad I seen the pop up store option before I did the whole website I think doing and having a pop up store is better you said something about a tax ID do you have to have one to get paid and is PayPal the only way to get paid
@@patricebuckner6016 Hi! You can change your information later, yes. The tax information is necessary in order to set up a Pop-Up store and get paid. At the moment, PayPal is the only option for this.
It's been a year and there is still no search bar or ability to do our own categories, nor to organize products in alphabetical order. Categories don't even have to be able to be our own, just the Printify list of categories would be worth it. For example: Home & Living --Seasonal Decorations ----Ceramic Ornament, 4 Shapes ----Gift Wrap Papers ----Wrapping Papers And so forth. Just a simple three level nested menu would be amazing. That and a search bar are pretty normal for a website, and would add to the functionality of the popup stores.

@@Printify Hi, thanks for the reply.. I did actually hear that in your video introducing this pop up shop thing, but again I hope that you can clarify - as there are many of us who sell only on the US platform AS IF we were in the US, using only US printers and shipping only to the US -but aren't US citizens. Would you mind just being really clear on this point please, even if it's deemed a silly question? As for my second question, I'm looking for clarification on products that were made on Printify, already linked to our (currently one and only store) on Etsy - can you put integrate that same product, as is, with your Printify pop-up store please? Once again, I'm really new to all of this POD stuff and there's sometimes some "assumed" knowledge with these explanations. Thank you so much for your assistance
@@christinajonas447 Hey Christina! No problem, these are great questions. :) 1. Even if you only sell in the US, but are not a US citizen and a registered business in the US, Pop-Up is not available yet. This is due to tax reasons that we are still in the process of addressing. 2. Products that you've made in Printify for your other sales channels (Etsy for example), can be copied over as is to your Pop-Up store. Go to your "My Products" page > click on the three dots on the righthand side next to the product you'd like to copy > select "copy to" > choose the store you'd like to copy it to. Hi there! Fulfilment and shipping is handled by the print provider you select for your product. For pricing and mockups, you can use the options provided by Printify, or change them to meet your own expectations.
Hi there! Pop Up stores allow you to incorporate Google and Facebook meta pixels to get analytics on your traffic. SEO is only one way to drive traffic, we also recommend ads and creating contact to generate more interest in your products.
Not understanding why my Etsy/Printify Store is saying my products are unavailable. Not sure what step I missed. I am also confused on how to upload my Placeit Mockups to my store. Do u have a video on that? Thank you.
Hi there! Check your My Products page on Printify to see if the items in question are out of stock. If you’ve enabled Order Routing for your store, you don’t need to take any further action. If a customer orders a product variant that is temporarily unavailable, the order will be routed to another Print Provider for fulfillment, and you won’t lose the sale. In case you don't want to use Order Routing, you can use the Unavailable Variant Replacement Tool or manually edit the order to replace the product model or the Print Provider. However, if the product is offered by just a single Print Provider, and/or if there are no similar alternatives available, or if you don’t wish to use Order Routing, please follow the steps in this article help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483616024721-What-happens-when-some-product-variants-go-out-of-stock
Printify is free to use! You just pay for the production and shipping costs, but with Pop-Up the money your customers pay would cover those costs, and you'd keep what's left. :)
Hi there! As you’re choosing a Print Provider for a product in our catalog, you’ll be able to see their average fulfilment time over the last 30 days:, next to the shipping time, under Available Providers. While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this number may be helpful to base your decision on.
Hey, Unfortunately, that's a bit of a limitation with Pop-Up. We suggest in the product description sharing a way of contacting you if they'd like something personalized, so you can make a manual order.

Question. So the profit I make. Will yall be handling the income tax? Or is that something I’d have to handle on my side. And if yall do handle it do we get like a form when it’s time to file?
Hi there! For the pop-up store the income tax is deducted (24%) from orders. We are declare this through a 1099 form annually to the relevant tax authority and also provide a copy to you.
Hi there! Printify Pop-Up Store is different from our other sales channel integrations because you won’t be charged for any products. After the customer pays you, Printify will deduct the production cost and shipping fee from your account, leaving you with a profit. Printify takes care of payment processing, printing, shipping, and customer support while transferring your earnings to your PayPal account.
Greetings Printify!!! This is awesome news!!! I do have a question: if a store owner connects their printify store to their website building platform, is the store owner then responsible for paying up front if customers purchase from their website or is it still no up front cost? Thank you in advance for answering 🤗🤗
Hi there! It depends on which website building platform you use. If your using of our partner integrations like Shopify, Woocommerce, Wix, Square Space , Prestashop, BigCommerce etc, you can link your Printify account to your store easily so orders can be processed without you having to get involved. However, the payment process for these partner integrations works different than a pop up store.Once the order is received on your sales channel, it is automatically imported into Printify and sent to production based on your order approval settings. However, as Printify can’t directly withdraw funds from your sales channel, the production price of the product and its shipping fee are charged to your linked credit/debit card or your Printify balance. To sum it up: your customers buy from you, and you buy from us. Printify Pop-Up Store is different from our other sales channel integrations because you won’t be charged for any products. Printify takes care of payment processing, printing, shipping, and customer support while transferring your earnings to your PayPal account.
Just to clarify, profits are paid two weeks after the end of each month, but production costs come immediately from customer payments, is this correct? I just want to be sure that I don't have to finance a month's worth of production while Printify sits on the gross revenues.
Can I still have a Printify Pop-up store even if I'm not an American? You mentioned something about Tax ID. What if I don't have a Tax ID, does that mean I cannot open my Printify pop up store?

I was just wondering if later on in the near future are there going to be any settings for SEO purposes such as allowing us sellers to add the keyword in the URL, meta description, and product description? This will help sellers to get traffic organically.
Hi there! Yes, we do have more customisation options in the works including an about section and more. It's taking a little time to get right but we'll let you know as soon as it's out!
When will it be available for the UK?
We're working on expanding this feature to other places, but for now have no concrete timeline for when that will be happen.
Talish, we need this in Europe ASAP, buddy 😅
Hey, bud! We know there are more and more requests for expansion. We're working on it, so keep your eyes peeled! 😉
Hi I do a lot of art fairs, and I bring a few physical products. Would my popup shop be ipad compatible so I can order for customers if I don't have the their size or color preference on hand at the art fair?
Hey Annette! Good question. In short, it should be. We recommend going into your Printify account/Pop-Up shop through the browser.
@@Printify Thank you so much!
Great idea!
Of you post a QR code at your art fair booth as well customers can scan and get to your shop that much easier and faster to order your products!
@@marinrodriguez7729 Thanks so much! That's a great idea!
Hey there, will you also do the marketing as Etsy does? When, and how much will the fees be?
Hi there, No, marketing will be up to you the merchant, but Pop-Up is free to use and there are no additional fees to you.
@@Printify It would be great if you could do marketing in a similar way to Etsy. Then it would really be worthwhile.
@@ProfitCatalystSynergy Hey, thanks for the feedback! We'll share it with the team. :)
Wow, fantastic video. Thanks a lot!
1. Is there a guide on how pricing works in the popup? 2. Does the price set in the Pop up carry over if I want to link Etsy? Or can I make a new/diff price in Etsy?
TY 🙏🏽❤️
Hi! Pricing for Pop-Up can be set in the product details page before publishing and the price will not carry over to other channels. You can set different prices for each sales channel if you wish.
absolutely incredible info! thank you so much
Thank you, really helped me!
Pop Up store is great but my mugs and stickers are getting mixed up under "Home and Living" section.
Will we ever get a custom section creation option ?
Hey! This is because we categorize mugs and stickers under 'Home and Living'. We're aware of the want for more customizable options and are working to improve this feature! Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
Thanks. Good video. I'm curious how many t-shirt and coffee mug designs can be loaded into a free pop-up store?
Hi there! There is no limit on the number of listings for a Pop Up store.
@@Printify Thanks for your reply but I just noticed today that the Pop-Up Store isn't available in my country, Canada. How depressing!
You have Canadian POD Partners who fulfill orders from inside of Canada, but no Pop-Up Store for us. Oh well, all good things are worth waiting for.
Good day, I understand the "pop up shop" is 2 months old but when will updates start to take place? I love the concept as of now it's very "raw". Will there be personalization? Will videos be available and place It pix? Thank you in advance for your response....🌞🌞
Good afternoon! 😃We're happy you love Pop-Up and understand your need for more. We're constantly working to make updates and improvements to Pop-Up. At the moment, we don't have any estimates for when exactly this will be, but your feedback is highly valued! Thank you! ☀
Hi Jorge, At the moment, only US merchants can sell through Printify, however, other platforms like Etsy or Shopify are good options.
Definitely going to try that, thanks
That’s fantastic, thanks for sharing!

Hello, what about sales tax? Do we need a sellers permit and/or be registered in order to sell on Printify? @@Printify
It's been a year and there is still no search bar or ability to do our own categories, nor to organize products in alphabetical order. Categories don't even have to be able to be our own, just the Printify list of categories would be worth it. For example:
Home & Living
--Seasonal Decorations
----Ceramic Ornament, 4 Shapes
----Gift Wrap Papers
----Wrapping Papers
And so forth. Just a simple three level nested menu would be amazing. That and a search bar are pretty normal for a website, and would add to the functionality of the popup stores.
Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. It's so great to see that sellers want to do more with our Pop Up feature and that's why we're constantly working on improving it. Good things take time though, so bear with us! We're going as fast as we can!

Two questions:
What if someone isn't a US citizen?
Can you add products that you had already created on Printify and are integrated to Etsy??
Hey Christina, Currently, Pop-Up is only available to US merchants, but we are working on expanding this, so keep an eye out! Yes, products from one store can be copied to another store help.printify.com/hc/en-us/articles/4483625856017-How-can-I-duplicate-copy-products-in-Printify-
@@Printify Hi, thanks for the reply..
Hope this clarifies things, but let us know if we can help further. Our support team is also available 24/7 via live chat if you have more questions.
@@Printify that's great to know. Thank you so much. Hurry up with getting it rolled out for the rest of us! (Pleeease and thank youuu! ) 😁

Hi ! Yes you can! Your Pop-Up Store is yours to share wherever you want !
very helpful, worth the watch
THANKS A BUNCH, AMAZING VIDEO!!!
Does Printify handle the product & shipping pricing and mock ups, when we add products to a pop up store?
Hi there! Fulfilment and shipping is handled by the print provider you select for your product. For pricing and mockups, you can use the options provided by Printify, or change them to meet your own expectations.
But what is the traffic method? Only search engines?
Hi there! Pop Up stores allow you to incorporate Google and Facebook meta pixels to get analytics on your traffic. SEO is only one way to drive traffic, we also recommend ads and creating contact to generate more interest in your products.
How about connecting custom domain? Is it available?
Hey! At the moment, this option is unavailable, but we know there are growing requests for this. :)
However, if the product is offered by just a single Print Provider, and/or if there are no similar alternatives available, or if you don’t wish to use Order Routing, please follow the steps in this article

love what i'm hearing, however.. whats the cost?
Printify is free to use! You just pay for the production and shipping costs, but with Pop-Up the money your customers pay would cover those costs, and you'd keep what's left. :)
Spain is not listed in your "Country of tax residence" tab so I cannot use it :(
Hey, Sorry it's not available to you just yet, but rest assured that we are working on expanding. ;)
Printify pop up store does not showing how long it takes to ship customer location. How to i solve plz replied me printify.
Hey. In the pop up store how to list a custom name product? How will a buyer be able to drop his name while buying a custom product?
Hey, Unfortunately, that's a bit of a limitation with Pop-Up. We suggest in the product description sharing a way of contacting you if they'd like something personalized, so you can make a manual order.
@@Printify OK thank you so much. You and the pop store are amazing

Hi there! Your link will be created under the Printify.me domain.

Hi there! One day, yes =) We're currently working on updates to Pop Up stores and will let you know when it happens.
do you have to purchase the product prior to it being sent to the customer, or does this happen automatically?
