I was fishing with Minnows & a jig and one took it ! I felt it for about 3 seconds and the tight line went loose and when I pulled it up the minnow was bite in two perfectly!
I do know what you mean. I think they have slightly different schedules, but as it relates to oxygen content, on Sak they all seem to run fairly deep till that turns a little. I also don’t target many other species in the fall besides walleye, so I may not be the best person to ask.

I don't doubt that one bit! Very fickle minnow bite lately when they take it.
Good to see you back Brett. Been getting them on the river before they dropped the level. Def slow!
Well thanks! Those water level changes are tough.
Does the fall transition effect all species at the same time ? Or like smallys at this time walleyes at that time pike an so on know what I mean ??

Good video. Throwing them back after catching them 35 feet deep is not really an option. They will die. Better to make fish tacos 😉😉
They were tasty.
Just can’t watch FFS videos anymore! Bye
Well they won’t all be FFS.
