Grow Rite Filter - KDF Garden Hose Filter

This Filter is a great investment, it will clean your outdoor water - direct from hose to plant. up too 40,000 Gal (150,000L)
Keep in mind, these chemicals that are added into the water - like Chloramines are approved for Human/animal use and plant use. They are NOT approved however for Aquariums and Microbiology life. With Microbiology being extremely important for organic growth.

@@cayotegardens I see, ya the boogle plus is the equivalent as the Grow Rite. As the basic is only active carbon. The plus is KDF.

@@kenmcrae8591 the KDF process itself will remove Chloramines. Since this filter uses the KDF process, it will remove them. They label it straight across of chlorine. My Hydrologic filter uses the same KDF for Chloramines. Carbon based filters only remove Free Chlorine. :)

Whats does KDF actually mean, how does it work, and what filter was the one on your wall? Just carbon?

kinetic degradation fluxion = KDF
Copper/Zinc Based system, not Carbon.

The Wall Unit is a Hydrologic Small Boy, with a KDF filter (the black side) the Carbon Filters that fit this unit are Green :)

I feel you man, the PH test is my closest indication, I currently have for the chlorine change. I don't have a meter for that. But - I will plan to have another video down the road once I have that.
the filter uses kinetic degradation fluxion. The same as my Hydro logic - which are the industry standard in water purification.

I would think, if you have a hose connection - yes it would, it does flow from female to male end - so if that works it should!
