The employee at SSA office made an error, in order to correct her wrong doing she stopped the survivor benefits of children, she also stopped my Disability in 2017, after appeals contacted me and requested my benefits to be issued and back paid, benefits were only issues as of that day. Months later I received my tax form stating I was paid in 2020 70000 including 2 years back pay each year of 20k and 3rd year 5k. Which I didn’t receive. Since 2012 my case has been handled only by one person and I believe she is retaliating against me because I contacted congress to look into my issues. What can I do?
