@@grumpysgreatoutdoors nope, just smoke as usual. I use pecan. Remember these are fully cooked so just get them a bit hot inside and your done. Wife likes to smother it with mustard after putting criss cross slices in it.
@@georgecurtis6463 yep, that’s my M.O. as well. It’s nice they are already cooked! No cross contamination concerns, easy cook all the way around. I wish briskets were that easy!

Try baking hamburger buns I bake my Hamburger buns on my grill at the same time I grill burgers.

I smoke a bologna chub several times a year. Has to be beef as wife is allergic to anything else. Not easy to find at times.
