- Hi everyone! I'm finally getting to the transformation themes! Season 1 themes are so nostalgic for me so I want to work on these first. I usually listen to other transformation themes more than Moon Prism Power but I have been listening to it a lot lately and realised how epic it is. It definitely is a very nostalgic OST and the distinct rhythm at the start is so iconic! Moon Tiara Action didn't really stand out to me when I watched it as a kid either but while working on this I realised how rhythmic and catchy bass line is! If you're a bass player this would be a fun cover to do!

Wow, I think it's the best "Moon Prsim Power Make Up Cover" I've ever heard! Starting with Prsim Power Make up, it was very impressive to continue "Moon Tiara Action" with the same composition as the previous song, Eminor And then I came back to the beginning, but I ended the song more magnificently than the beginning! I'll listen to this video for a long time. 🌙💕
And actually, I've been influenced by Sen's Sailor Moon performance since last year, so I've been working on music again, which I've been sitting on for years. Although I am not good at playing the piano, I only play the piano Midi Cover, which records the sounds of the sound of the hearing directly. @@Senchatunes So I just added that up and now my question is how do you make sure you have the right posture and prevent injury? I ask because I often get back pain from playing for a few hours and I went through repetitive motion injuries in college. I thought 10 hours a week was a lot, so if you have any advice for posture and correct technique, I’d love to know! (Only if you have time)

@@kittyneko7 Oh no! What kind of repetitive motions did you have through college? And may I ask where the back pain is? I don't sit down straight for 8 hours a day though. I stand up after every 15 minutes to drink my tea then sit back down, so I'm not continuously in a sitting position. I do get sore in my shoulders and traps because I also had left shoulder surgery (but it was caused by sport injury), and I do have tenosynovisitis in my hands from all the playing and editing (worse in the right hand). Posture-wise I just make sure I don't slouch unless it's only for a short passge when I play some really emotional pieces and get really into the zone. And don't stiffen and don't drop your wrist too much because that can strain your wrist and palm especially when you lift your fingers up while playing a lot of notes consecutively. You may see a lot of wrist movements in my videos, but it's actually not ideal, and not great for speed either. I have no choice because my fingers are short so have to make up the distance by pivoting with my wrist. Anyway I'm not injury-proof either! I often need to apply voltaren gel (and I'm trying out some other oils) to alleviate the pain. Feel free to share more about your posture/techniques if you like to see what may help!
