And if you turn away from all of that, Allah promises loss, not just of reward but of self.

لَا تَرْفَعَنَّ إلَى غَيْرِهِ حَاجَةً هُوَ مُوْرِدُها عَلَيْكَ، فَكَيْفَ يَرْفَعُ غَيْرُهُ مَا كَانَ هُوَ لَهُ وَاضِعًا؟! مَنْ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَرْفَعَ حَاجَةً عَنْ نَفْسِهِ فَكَيْفَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهَا عَنْ غَيْرِهِ رَافِعًا
Appeal to no one but Him to relieve you of a pressing need that He Himself has brought upon you. For how can someone else remove what He has imposed? And how can he who is unable to free himself of a pressing need free someone else of one?

Ways to solve problems: حل المشاكل
(health, social or financial)
1. Continuous daily charity.
2. Repeated supplication, in any case, you are a passenger
You are sitting while you are working.
3. Honoring one's parents to a high degree.
4. Humanitarian actions with the intention of solution.
5. Excessive dhikr with the intention of a solution //
Asking for forgiveness / the crown of remembrance / praying for the Prophet.
6. Duha prayer/night prayer/need prayer
7. All kinds of legal ruqyah.
8. Read Surah Al-Baqarah daily.
May God guide you to an idea that was absent from you.
Or it makes things easier for you from external reasons.

May Allah accept my duas and may He satisify me with whatever He chooses for me. May He forgive my sins and protect me from hellfire. Thank you for this, it was a perfect reminder that what may seem like a burden thats tying us down, Allah's wisdom behind it is beyond what we can understand and it will only lead to reward and safety from sin/calamity in the future. I wonder how this plays out for people that come from extreme toxic and abusive households. Do they just endure trauma being inflicted to them? Because the people around do in fact affect their lives and their progress. I do believe it is all a test from Allah, but the question is do you stay to your detriment?

I got the news of a friend being let go from her job yesterday. After watching this series it helped me put things in perspective. Even though my heart was sad but I knew there is a reason behind it. That Allah has something better in store for her.
