In my case HikVision is registered by a Tech with his credentials and the device is binded by him. We are given the view access only. So if I proceed to to unbind the device and i give my details will this impact other users who had view access could let me know

this error occurred (The ip address of the device should be in the lan) when unbind device from sadp tool.any solution.
Bhai, agar kisiko previous mobile number or password nahi pata, jisse ki unbind karna h, tab kya kare...

sir , i installed hik connect app.. after it , i registered.. and then i scan previous QR code from tv screen.. nd now it's on camera live view in hik connect shows that line that - "NO MORE CONNECTION ARE ALLOWED FOR THE DEVICE. PLEASE STOP ONE OR MORE CONNECTIONS AND TRY AGAIN".
While doing this it gives error message "programe exception the mobile client is about to start" and software restarts without unbound device. i tried again and same comes again and again.

Sir mere coustumer ko mobile per chalne wale aap ka user ID or password yaad nahi hai or usko apne desktop per ivms 4200 chalana hai.jab maine ivms install kiya to log on per click karne par wo cloud Id mangta hai jo usko yaad nahi or DVR ka user ID bhi nahi yaad hai to kaise client software kaise chalega.kuch help kare please.
