I loved the old movie aesthetic but I pretty much uninstalled the game within 10 minutes. Within 2 minutes of game play you come across this squence when giaint round UFOs turn on their sides and block your way. You cant destroy them. So I was like "Okay you cant just block me off. Youve got to give me a way past" but it seems no. You have to memorize the way through and this happened less thn 2 minutes in. So I died 4 times in a row and had to restart every time. A brand new player has no way of knowing the route, you just have to die over and over and memorise it. I hate this kind of tactic and it just made me think "if you are doing this to me within 2 minutes then the rest of the game will be frustrating as all hell" - So I was like...Hell no. I'm not gonna put myself through that. Shame. They clearly put a lot of work into the 1930s live action material but im not going to suffer through one of those trial and error 'die a hundred times to memorise the route' experiences. Life is too short.
pretty much the same experienced. haha .. I am just looking for some casual game to play and thought this gonna be it. aesthetically, yeah, I like this art style and enjoy it very much but too bad I am too old for the difficulty
I just got this game for the Xbox. I can’t wait to play. I love the old black and white era type of movies and stuff.
