There are so many things to be renovated in this house. It is also going to make the new owner prepare for yearly renovation expenses like electrical, plumbing, sewerage emptying, and more. Though, it is a good buy for those with a big family and love occasions.

I noticed a giant cracks on the concrete wall at the end window of the pool. Has to be the weight of the pool water that's why it has no water. Building could collapse specially if there's a earthquake. I'll pass my 25,000,000.00 Peso on another house.
I noticed that Filipino homes have very small yards/green space 😶 Filipino houses always almost occupy the entire lot area which makes them not airy especially in a hot and humid climate.
