Malaysia actually have a big Japanese culture, in fact Malaysia won for 14 consecutive years in a row, it has ranked the number one country that Japanese people want to live in for long stays.
Come lah to Malaysia not just onigiri u could find in here... there's tonnes of other foods u can indulge as well... western, middle east, chinese, indian, mexican, korean, japanese, south east asian fusion too
Unlike korean and Thai restaurants overseas, we seldom open malaysian restaurants in usa, Canada. But London has malaysian restaurants. Yes south Africa has malays. Melbourne has many Asian restaurants too including malaysian.
I think this is mainly because not many of us need to immigrate, of course. South Korea back then wasn't like South Korea of today, so many of them immigrate for a better future, doesn't matter if it means they will have to work menial and low skilled labour jobs (this is especially referring to rooftop koreans in USA back then). So does Thai and Philippines people. Malaysians mostly migrate due to love, chasing high skilled jobs, and lgbt, so of course our number is low anywhere to spread much of our culture (can be seen from that foodie list in Atlanta where pinoy food tops ours from the survery when in reality, everywhere in Asia people laughed at their food if they dared to claim it is good)
I like your intro. Sounds like you’re introducing a new game from play station. Haha. Btw do enjoy yourself in my country - Malaysia🇲🇾 Btw, just subscribed to you.
I know you have acrophobia and you have been climbing tall buildings lately. Two in Shanghai, China and this one in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Thank you, sir.
Love your videos, Sly. I spent 2 months in Malaysia, most of that in KL, earlier this year. It's a great place to visit. I do want to gently correct you on something since it is starting to pain my ear each time you do it. LOL The name of the city is Kuala LumpUr, not Kuala LumpAr (the way you're pronouncing it in this video and the last one). Pronounce the "u" more like you would in Spanish, which I know you are very familiar with. Keep up the great videos!
I want to gently cut notify you. This comes off as a Ken,😅😂😅 you are not Malaysians, only Ken. Keep your annoying corrections to your people's historic Atrocities.😂😂😂 I do not appreciate you correcting my son and the degrading🚫
Question for the Malaysians in the comments, there were mountains in the distance when he showed the view from the Towers. What are those mountains? Are there areas to live / visit in the mountains?
@dubonheur Malaysia is one of the countries in the world that has the most ethnic groups on the streets. You have seen the Malays, Chinese, Indians, Arabs, and there is no problem with anyone.
@@Malkatanja Do you have any evidence that Malaysia has committed violence against blacks, we are not anti-black but anti-crimes committed by outsiders
I googled "Durian capital of the world" and Davao City doesn't appear on my search. Instead a Malaysian company called Durian Capital Berhad did. plus, Thailand & Malaysia are the largest durian producers & importers. So are you lying?
Mane! This content is pure gold.
There are pure Malay restaurants in NY, LA, San Francisco, Toronto, Montreal, London and many more cities around the world.

Well done Sly. They say you've never been to Malaysia if you didn't try Musang king or black thorn durian .😃😃😃😃
Man eats durian like a champ. As a Malaysian, I can't stand those things... lol
I love onigiri, a habit I got from Japan. Sadly, they can't be found anywhere in the US. That's a plus for Malaysia in my book!

You can find Onigiri in California but generally, it is impossible to find outside of California. It’s also more expensive in California, usually $3+.
@@EasternDreamer615 onigiri in 7E M'sia price around a dollar or RM4+
@@eilahhamdin9668 I pay about the same where I live in Thailand.
Wow brilliant and beautiful
Please go to Kampung Baru bro, you never try malay food before

Malays in South Africa aren't the same Malays from Malaysia, they are closer to Caucasian and Indians than Malays
Your room looks nice. Good bargain.

You can eat spicy? What surprises me you can eat durian.
Nice room
Love this, what type of camera set up do you use/video editing software?
The twin tower base on malay Champa Tower in South Vietnam but with some islamic geometrik character,
You can bring the durian seeds home, clean, boil to cook, then eat them...try it next time. You may like it. 😅😊😇😋💛😊
Nobody eat durian seeds, unlike jackfruit or chempedak seeds. You must be joking....

If you wanted to eat Durian you should visit Davao City , Philippines which is known as Durian capital of the world.
