It was actually you that first showed me Lordi right around Arockalypse. And I dug it. But I really didn't become a super fan until Babez for Breakfast. That's the one that really hooked me.
Wow! There's so much creativity on display here across the board. First off, a fictional discography is just an absolutely brilliant concept in and of itself. And that's on top of the fact that the band looks incredibly cool and the album artwork is stellar. In terms of music, I'm a guy stuck mostly on 90's rap, but I'm more than happy to give anything and everything a chance. It is definitely one of the most unique releases I have ever heard of. I remember thinking G'n'R's Use Your Illusions was such an interesting concept. This just took it to the next 7 levels. @@AtomicSnackBar would't we all love figures of them. I know that back in the early 2000s there was a set of figurines released by a company in Finland but I couldn't afford them back then. They occasionally come up for auction but for super-silly money. My fave album of their's is Monstereophonic. Or more specifically the second half - Demonarchy. It is the fact that they are so totally open to playing and experimenting with various different styles. I alway thought it was the progenitor for Lordiversity.
I pre-ordered mine some time ago and it still took me a bit to get mine. I think there was some kind of delay with the overseas versions. But either way, it was well worth the wait. Thanks for watching, Jamie.

Humanimals is my absolute favorite of these albums with its brilliant guitar solos and massive choruses, though Abusement Park and Superflytrap come very close.

I vividly remember discovering Lordi when they played at the Eurovision Song Contest. In a sea of, cheesy pop acts, they were the coolest thing I’ve ever seen - and they actually won it! This has cool concepts all over the place - the 70’s throwbacks, the little posters making one big poster - love it! Very cool stuff! I’d buy a Lordi action figure
Eurovision was about the time I discovered them as well, but I didn't know what Eurovision was at the time. So it really didn't hit home what an accomplishment that was. Even though the band hates it and has disowned it, there is a documentary about them called Monsterman. It talks a good bit about all that. Thanks for watching, Sir Brynly. Ahhh, good old Lrodi :) I remember when they entered the eurovision song contest, that was when I was first introduced to them. The price is good good me, for all of those albums Un a fancy cover, plus it looks like they've put a lot of effort into the cover art on the albums too. I think it's fantastic that the look of the covers suit the time period of the styles too

That is one fantastic looking Boxset. To bad it came damaged especially considering the price you paid and just in general being a collector and having your purchase come in damaged. That really had to be disappointing. So it seems like you listen to a lot of Lordi. I was wondering if you had a all time favorite album?I don’t really know this band all that well but I had recently been listening to the Sexorcism album and have really been digging that one. I know it’s a newer album but I get a smile on my face every time I hear Your Tongue’s Got The Cat. Anyway this is a excellent looking Boxset and I consider that to be a good price for seven albums. Your video has me wanting to listen to more Lordi so if that was your purpose of the video then consider it to be a success good buddy.
In recent years Lordi really has gone from a band I just really liked to one of my favorites. I don't have their full discog yet, but I have quite a few. One of the rare bands where I want to collect everything they've done. As far as my favorite, that is easy. Babez for Breakfast. Which, co-inky dinkily, is Mr. Lordi's favorite as well.
