- 3 eggs

Cheddar cheese

- 2 eggs
- Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
It takes 10 minutes max

Make an incision with a knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.

Funny 60 years ago when I became a chef we called these coddeled eggs. Poached is done in the water.
