My dad almost passed away at the end of March. Random medical anomaly. I barely saw his grey face before they wheeled him off into the ER to see if they could save him. And getting to the point, I was a fat bitch loser delivering for dominos. Before I knew if he'd be okay or not I hated the thought of my Dad who was successful and did everything right, to see his legacy be carried on by who he saw in that hospital room in his potential last moments. For the last 4 months I've run 3 miles a day, started lifting and eating right. I dropped 30 lbs (5'11 190lbs - 160 lbs) and went from not being able to do a pull up to doing 36 for a warm up. The reason I'm writing this is because I've listened to this track every single day since on the treadmill and helped me get over that initial hump of getting used to discomfort. Thanks for making this
